The centrepiece of our holiday home is the large living/dining area with fireplace and the lounge for cosy get-togethers. Rainshower wellness showers for abundant shower and massage experiences, a corner tub and the large sauna guarantee endless lovely hours in which you can really let it all go.
The comfortable beds in our 3 individually arranged bedrooms guarantee a healthy, relaxing sleep together with the good Eifel air. The relaxation continues in the garden, for the modern lounge garden furniture lets you lean back at the pond!

So far we have never had to charge cancellation fees - we have always found a solution together with with our guests. But for the sake of completeness: If something comes up for you, you may name a new tenant that would enter into the contract with the same conditions. If this is not possible, we will charge the following proportional rates:
For a cancellation
- up to 49 prior to the start of rental: 10% of the rental price
- up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 30% Of the rental fee
- up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
- up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
- afterwards: 100% of the rental price.
Naturally in these cases we will also try to rent the house further, so that you are spared the costs.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub!
Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub in dem gepflegten Ferienhaus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt (vor allem die Sauna!) sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage des Ferienhauses eignet sich gut für Ausflüge in die herrliche Umgebung.

Es ist sauber und bietet alles, was man auch zu Hause hat.
Eine sehr schöne Terrasse mit einem kleinen Teich sind das beste für mich gewesen, da macht das Grillen doppelt so viel Spaß. Eine kleinen Spielplatz gibt es auch im Garten.
Von mir gibt es auf jeden Fall einen ?
