Traveling from the west through Slovenia, you will pass Koper. Take a right turn off the A1 in Koper (signposted PULA Porec - HR) and continue on E751 Smarska Cesta towards the Croatian border crossing at Kastel. Kastel (Kastelvenere) is the first town after the border. 400m past the border, turn left (signposted Kastel - Kastelvenere). In Kastel, follow the signs for UMAG. After 350m, turn right at a chapel. There you will see a sign for Vizinada, which is your destination. After about 150m on the right side, you will find your holiday property. Have a wonderful vacation in our house. The house is located approximately 2 km from the border.

Wir fanden es super toll, sehr schönes Haus, alles modern und ein sehr schöner Pool. Beste Landschaft mit einem zauberhaften Blick und tolles Wetter. Da macht das Grillen am festinstallierten Grill viel Spass. In der Nähe gibt es auch zauberhafte Strände und wunderschöne Orte. Für diesen Preis einfach nur super, immer wieder gerne.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Woche im Ferienhaus Lukas verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr,sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Den Pool haben wir in vollen Zügen bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen genutzt und die Klimaanlage im Haus ist perfekt .Keine weiten Anfahrtswege zu den nä. Städten Umag/Novigrad. Tolle ruhige Lage für perfekte Erholung.
Vielen lieben Dank an Frau Gudelj und an ihre Schwägerin, die uns ganz herzlich empfangen hat.

Ein sehr schönes, relativ neues, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Das einzige was am Haus--vielleicht--fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage. Die Kommunikation, der Service vor Ort, die Abwicklung generell war einfach alles super unkompliziert und äußerst nett!!
Sowas wünscht man sich. Auch liegt das Haus ideal für div. Touren.
Fazit: sofort wieder!

Das Ferienhaus ist in Top-Zustand, es war perfekt sauber, den Pool, die Aussendusche und den Garten haben wir ausgiebig genossen. Es sind knappe 15 Minuten Autofahrt zu sehr schönen Stränden, die im Juni auch noch nicht überlaufen waren. Auch unsere beiden nicht gerade kleinen Hunde waren willkommen, da der Garten umzäunt ist, ist das Haus perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund geeignet. Man erreicht zu Fuß in fünf bis zehn Minuten mehrere Restaurants, es gibt im Ort auch ein kleines Geschäft mit den wichtigsten Dingen zu kaufen. Zur Abreise gab es noch eine Flasche mit herrlichem Merlot aus der Region als Geschenk. Wir können die Vermieter und ihre beiden Ferienhäuser nur absolut weiterempfehlen, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat absolut gepasst. Danke, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Obwohl wir das schlechteste Wetter erlebt haben war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Das Haus war in bester Ordnung. Sehr,sehr,sehr Sauber. Einfach Perfekt. Genauso wie der Garten bzw der Pool! Das Restaurant Maslinova Grana (7Minuten zu Fuß) sehr zu empfehlen. Super Service. Kommen gerne wieder!

Hallo,
wir möchten uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Frau Gudelj für das tolle Ferienhaus bedanken. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch der Pool hat uns sehr viel Freude gemacht-ein Traum! Danke sagen wir auch der Schwägerin, die sich ganz toll um alles kümmert und alles in bester Ordnung hält. Tip top sauber und auch die Wäsche roch frisch. Auch das Land Kroatien hat uns sehr gut gefallen, nette Menschen und tolle Ausflugsziele. Der Urlaub bleibt uns in bester Erinnerung, gerne wieder!

Hallo,
wir wolllten Ende Oktober noch einmal Sonne tanken und haben das Ferienhaus Lukas gebucht. Frau Gudelj hat alles wunderbar geregelt und uns ein schönes neues Haus zur Verfügung gestellt, das mit allem Erdenklichen ausgestattet war. Wir haben eine super Woche in Kastel verbringen dürfen und an dem Pool noch einige mediterrane Sonnenstunden verbracht. Ein Dank auch an ihre Schwägerin, die uns als hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort zur Verfügung stand und deren Ausflugstipps super waren.
