4 star Holiday house "Lupe" is fully renovated old dalmatian house ideal for family holidays with up to 7 people. Made of stone on two floors with spacious courtyard ideal for children play. Big barbecue is outside the house and fireplace inside house.
On ground floor there is well equipped kitchen with dinning room and living room, fireplace, extra toilette.
On top floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
There are 2 air-conditioning sets in the house; one is in dinning room and the other one is on top floor.
Stone walls are all around the house. House is located in peaceful area of Sukosan surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It is a great starting point for morning jogging or long walks.

Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger, aber trotzdem sehr zentraler Lage. Zadar ist etwa 15 Autominuten entfernt, ebenso gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Hunden in diesem wunderschönen Steinhaus. Das Grundstück ist komplett von Mauern umgeben, so dass auch die Hunde sich frei bewegen konnten. Die Vermieter sind beide überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit (sprechen Deutsch und Englisch). Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Für Abkühlung an heißen Tagen sorgte nicht nur die Klimaanlage, auch durch die Bauweise (Stein), war es angenehm kühl im Haus. Unser Lieblingsort war der Innenhof mit seinem großen Grillhäuschen. Von den Liegestühlen aus konnte man sogar das Meer sehen. Wir finden dieses Haus absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in guter ruhiger Lage. Es war alles ordentlich und sauber, spartanisch aber trotzdem mehr als ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Anlage macht den Eindruck kürzlich erst gebaut/modernisiert worden zu sein,da alles modern und neu erschien. Die Vermieter waren mehr als nur freundlich. Alles in allem ein sehr zu empfehlendes Ferienhaus auch für Familien mit Kindern die sicher zu Fuß unterwegs sind da einige Treppen/Stufen vorhanden sind. Auch für befreundete Gruppen sehr zu empfehlen. Die angegeben Fotos geben die Realität zu 100% wieder. Ein ganz großes Plus für Gestaltung der Anlage und die genialen Sonnenstühle.
