If our holiday home can be rented out for this period to someone else (even at more favorable conditions), only the difference will be charged. The reasons for cancellation are irrelevant. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (e.g., ERV - Europäische Reiseversicherung AG). In case of early termination or no-show, the tenant has no right to compensation for the unused rental period. A solution will always be found.
