Descripción
The house has a large, shaded natural stone terrace with views of the sea and Corsica. You enter the house from the terrace and find yourself directly in the living room with a sofa bed and armchairs. Slightly elevated from there is the dining area with a large dining table. Next to it is bathroom 1 with a shower. The elongated kitchenette is hidden behind the dining room. A solid stone staircase leads to the first floor. You arrive at the charming gallery with two club chairs and a desk. In a hidden corner (practically the access to the upper garden with a grape arbor) there is a folding bed and/or a crib. From the gallery, you reach the two bedrooms (2 + 2 beds) and bathroom 2 with a shower. The house is very tastefully furnished by the owners with many unusual objects. Italy sends its regards!

Traumhafte Lage, schönes Haus, aber Terrasse mit Durchgang
Für Urlauber, die Ruhe und Privatsphäre schätzen, ist das Haus möglicherweise nicht das Richtige.
Unsere Frage bezüglich der Nähe der Häuser vor Buchung wurde ausweichend beantwortet, die Kommunikation vor Ort (Hausmeister wg. kaltem Wasser) funktionierte.
Es gibt mehrere Fotos in dieser Annonce, die zeigen, dass die beiden Häuser aneinandergebaut sind. Da machen wir kein Geheimnis draus. Sie sind auch namentlich genannt. Villa Meridiana und Haus Granatapfel. Allerdings sind sie versetzt gebaut und auch die Terrassen sind versetzt, sodass man auf der eigenen Terrasse jeweils nicht den Nachbarn sieht und nicht gesehen werden kann. Der Zugang zum Nachbarhaus erfolgt über eine eigene Treppe und in der Tat über den äußeren Rand der großen Terrasse der Villa Meridiana. Bisher hatten wir deswegen noch nie Beschwerden. Sollten Sie absolut nicht gestört werden, empfehlen wir, statt der Villa Meridiana das hintere Haus Granatapfel, zu mieten. Dieses kostet ein wenig mehr. Eben weil wir bei der Preispolitik den Störfaktor berücksichtigt haben. Der gemauerte Grill und die Waschküche werden geteilt. Da muss man sich ggf. absprechen.
