Modernized cottage in the middle of Arrild Ferieby within walking distance to the resort's many facilities and only about 300 meters from Arrild Fiskesø. The cottage was completely renovated in 2008 and furnished with tiled entrance hall with underfloor heating, two bedrooms, bathroom with underfloor heating and shower and bright and open kitchen environment with i.a. dishwasher. In addition, there is a dining and living room with wood burning stove and access to the south-facing and east-facing terrace. An energy-saving air / air heat pump is installed. There is an annex with two more beds. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
