The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and has a spacious outdoor area with a large private swimming pool of approx. 48 m² and a separate children's pool. There are sun loungers, pergola, outdoor dining area and a modern BBQ grill.

In the village of Akoumia, 10 km from the villa, there are several cafes, fruit and vegetable store, butcher's shop and a mini market where you can stock up your fridge with your favorite food, drinks and basic necessities. You have the opportunity to enjoy the southern coasts of Rethymno, from Rodakino, Plakias and Preveli Monastery to Agios Pavlos.
