Former farmhouse Christine for 2 to 6 persons with fenced garden located in the Kleiner Wiesental in the middle of the Black Forest.

The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished in a rustic, comfortable style. It can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Dogs are welcome.

Location: The state-approved health resort belongs to the municipality of Kleines Wiesental in the Black Forest Nature Park. The house is nestled on a slope in the middle of the Black Forest.

Furnishings: Living space approx. 100 sqm. Ground floor: Living-dining room with a very cozy tiled stove (ornamental fireplace). You can also read a book on the couch in the living room or convert it into a double bed. Large dining table with space for up to 8 people. Satellite TV. Radio. CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove with ceramic hob. Toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer. Storage room. Guest toilet. Bathroom with large shower, 2 sinks, toilet.

Narrow, somewhat steep, closed staircase to the first floor. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor. One with a double bed and a child's bed. 2 with 2 single beds. A connecting room with a double bed that can be converted into a fold-out bed. (partially sloping roof). From this room you can access the balcony with garden furniture. New central heating with pellets and solar. Washing machine in a separate shed.

Storage room for bicycles or skis. Garage.

Cell phone reception cannot always be guaranteed.

"Fiffi"ge criteria: You are welcome here with large dogs or several dogs. The garden is fenced in at a height of about 1 m. The stream that flows past the property provides a little refreshment. Walking and hiking is possible directly from the house.

Surroundings: the Kleine Wiesental is located in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the Black Forest. You can hike around 40 km on well-marked paths. Or you can climb the Belchen at a height of 1414 m.

Shopping possible in Schönau, Münstertal or Schopfheim.

Nordic walking, mountain biking. Swimming and fishing in the Nonnenmattweiher. Lama trekking. In winter: Münstertal-Wieden ski lifts. Neuhof ski lift, Eichbruck ski lift. Cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking. Three pass roads cross at Neuenweg: from Freiburg, Lörrach, and from the Rhine Valley. The holiday home is therefore very conveniently located, embedded in the valley road, for getting to Switzerland or going on excursions. The area and therefore the road in front of the house are also very popular with motorcyclists and mountain bikers, especially when the weather is nice. Todtnau Waterfalls. Ravenna Gorge. Titisee. Vogsbauernhöfe open-air museum are worthwhile excursions and can be easily reached by car.
