Fantastically located holiday home "Bambi" on the kilometer-long sandy beach, fenced garden for 2 to 6 people in Barneville, Normandy

Location: the house is only 50 m from the kilometer-long sandy beach. You can easily walk from the house to the dune road and the beach. There is a walkway above the dunes. From here, small paths lead to the beach. "Bambi" is in a sunny location on a residential street.

Furnishings: Living space approx. 85 sqm. Completely newly built (completed in 2019) holiday home with chic, modern furnishings.

We were able to view the house while it was still under construction and were thrilled by the location.

Bright living room with comfortable seating (sofa and 2 armchairs), satellite TV (108 cm) with many German and other channels), free WiFi, dining area, large double doors lead to the garden. Integrated kitchenette with stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, pad coffee machine, filter coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment (great for raw feeders). Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer. Closed wooden staircase to the upper floor: partially sloping roof. Bedroom with double bed and floor-to-ceiling window. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with bunk bed. Terrace and garden with garden furniture, grill. Bicycle cellar. Parking space at the house. .

"Fiffi" criteria: You are very welcome here with large dogs or even several dogs. The approximately 400 square meter garden is fenced in with a wire mesh fence. In August, some areas of the beach are closed to dogs. However, you will find opportunities to go to the beach with your dog about 900 m from the house.

Reinja's tip: we have been renting this house since 2019 and have visited it again in autumn 2024. The location and the short walk to the beach make it ideal for dog owners. A little hidden but still very close! Open the garden gate and then you only need to walk the small path (about 50 m) to the beach. We thought that was great, because the walkers can't walk past the garden fence and you live (almost) directly on the beach!
