On the ground floor there is the light-filled living and dining area with a comfortable big sofa that is also a great place to sleep, a smart TV and (internet) radio with Bluetooth speaker.
The dining area, complete with a highchair, adjoins the open kitchen, where you can sit on bar stools at the counter and admire the magnificent sunrise over Sankt Andreasberg in the morning.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto & filter coffee), toaster, kettle, and egg cooker, as well as an induction cooktop with integrated extractor fan.
The kitchen overlooks the sun terrace, which is separated from the living area by a large panoramic patio door.
