New rooms to let! Our holiday home is located in the quiet village of Neukirchen, directly on the Flensburg Fjord with a fantastic view of the "Danish South Seas". Five rooms are available to you spread out across approx. 190 square metres. Two large roof terraces with a wonderful view over the Baltic Sea to neighbouring Denmark are also part of the accommodation, as are two terraces at ground level. The latter consists of one covered "breakfast terrace" accessible from the kitchen or the living and dining room and another sunny south-facing terrace in the inner courtyard, which offers privacy and protection from the wind. The terrace also features a small wooden sauna with an outdoor shower and one of the entrances to the leisure area with table tennis, table football and some fitness equipment.

The rooms in "Ole's Seekiste" are wonderfully bright and spacious. An outdoor four-person sauna (up to a maximum of 6 people) is available in the inner courtyard, as is an outdoor shower for cooling off afterwards. If the weather won't cooperate, you can play table tennis, table football or sit on the home trainer in the "sports and games room".

Cómo llegar

A7 to Flensburg; in Flensburg take the B199 towards Kappeln to the Neukirchen exit, turn left and follow the signs to Neukirchen. When you arrive in Neukirchen, turn left at the old, large oak tree onto Dorfstraße.

Die Reise hat sich echt gelohnt. Ein traumhaftes Haus, unkomplizierte Vermieterin und eine tolle Umgebung.

Wir sind als 2 Familien mit zwei jungen Kindern (5 und 6) angereist und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Oles Seekiste. Frau Knöll ist eine super hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeberin! Alles war super sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist für Familien auch mit kleineren Kindern sehr gut geeignet, denn die Kinder konnten z. B. im vorderen oder hinteren Gartenbereich spielen und die Eltern hatten sie eigentlich von überall beim Kochen, Essen, Brettspielen etc. im Blick. Auch konnte man sich das Haus als 2 Familien gut etagenweise aufteilen dank der Bade- und Schlafzimmer auf beiden Etagen. Wir waren neben dem nahen Naturstrand auch von der Moor-Wanderung begeistert, die uns Frau Knöll empfohlen hat. Obwohl ohne Auto, wurde uns in den 5 Tagen nie langweilig und wir hatten eine tolle Auszeit!

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen als Familie in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig, liebevoll und zugleich praktisch eingerichtet, direkt am schönen Ostseestrand gelegen, für ausgiebige Spaziergänge ideal. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles ist blitzsauber.
Selbst wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt , steht ein großer Sportraum und eine Sauna zur Verfügung. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an die wirklich sehr netten Vermieter!

Wir waren 1 Woche im Haus, es ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt einen wunderschönem Garten und mehrere Terrassen mit bequemen Sesseln, sodass man sich je nach Wetterlage und Uhrzeit die passende aussuchen kann. Von den oberen Terrassen hat man einen Blick auf die Ostsee. Das Haus ist herrlich ruhig gelegen, in einer ländlichen Umgebung, absolut ideal, wenn man Ruhe sucht und keinen touristischen Trubel möchte. Man kann schöne Spaziergänge in der Nähe machen oder Ausflüge in die weitere Umgebung unternehmen. Vom Naturstrand, 5 minuten entfernt, kann man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang bewundern.
Super ist auch der große Freizeitraum mit Ergometer und Tischtennisplatte!
Wir empfehlen das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter und kommen gerne auch wieder.

Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Ein toller "Freizeit-Raum" mit Tischtennisplatte, Kicker und ausreichend Platz für schöne Spiele rundet das Paket ab.
Die Gegend ist herrlich ruhig (wer touristische Infrastruktur sucht ist hier jedoch eher falsch).
In 200m Entfernung ist der Zugang zur Ostsee mit der schönen alten Brücke als traumhaftes Fotomotiv oder einfach nur zum Verweilen!
Von der oberen Etage ist die Ostsee sehr gut zu sehen und man kann abends sowohl drinnen als auch draußen toll beisammen sitzen und den Blick über die Ostsee schweifen lassen.
Barbara Knöll ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die ein kleines Paradies für Erholungsuchende geschaffen hat. Sie ist für jede Frage zu erreichen und herrlich unkompliziert.
