Looking for peace, space, the beach, and privacy? You'll find it all at the detached holiday home "De Primula." A charming 1930s house, restored with modern comforts. Situated in the most beautiful and peaceful part of Oostkapelle, close to forests, dunes, sea, and beach. This beautiful sandy beach has been voted the cleanest beach in the Netherlands several times.
'De Primula' has a garden (450 m²) at the front and back, offering complete privacy and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sun and tranquility. French doors from the living room open onto the garden. The living room, with its bay window, also features a fireplace where you can enjoy cozy autumn and winter evenings or play a game in the dining area. The neat, separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle.
The first floor features a bathroom and three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds (with twin mattresses and duvets) and a linen closet, and one bedroom has a single bed. The comfortable Auping beds ensure a good night's sleep! The bathroom was completely renovated in 2026 and has a lovely walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There's a separate toilet downstairs. Other amenities include a high chair, a washing machine, and parking for several cars.
The large garden offers plenty of space and privacy. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a summer day here, or relax on the terrace with a delicious evening meal. The house is close to cycling routes and hiking trails in the Mantelinge region.

Wir haben uns in dem charmanten Häuschen unglaublich wohl gefühlt!

Insgesamt sehr schönes Haus. Sehr gute Lage. Keine Sonnenschirme, keine Liegestühle. Das muss man erwarten können.

Alles wat je kunt bedenken is aanwezig, echter wel wat gedateerd. Keuken en wat er aanwezig is mag even nagekeken worden. Bedden zijn top! Schoonmaak (buiten) kan iets beter. Voor de prijs mag je iets meer verwachten.
Ein sehr schönes Haus. Hochwertiges Inventar. Gute Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns mit 2 Kindern dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wunderschöne Lage! Das Haus ist sehr niedlich, die Küche gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung herrlich. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand und der schöne Wald ist perfekt für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge.
Wij hebben een topweekend gehad: droog ondanks regenvoorspelling, een huis met sfeer en ruimte, alles aan keukenbenodigdheden aanwezig, goede bedden/dekbedden, zelfs kamer met bedden voor lange mensen (wel opletten schuine deel voor badkamer). Behang van het kleine kamertje was smerig. Tip met slaapbank woonkamer 6/7 mensen mogelijk, nu 5.
Tolle Location. Gerne wieder.

Ein kleiner Sandkasten im großen Garten wäre toll und ein Haken im Bad fehlt. Ansonsten alles prima!
We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in het huisje, enige punt van aandacht is wat ons betreft de hoge instap van de douche. De douche zit in het bad en de instap is hoger dan gemiddeld, wat met name voor onze moeder (60+) lastig was.
Het huisje was bij aankomst nog niet schoongemaakt. Na telefonisch contact kwam de schoonmaak om 17.00. Wij werden verzocht een uur weg te gaan zodat er kon worden schoongemaakt. Niet heel handig met een gezin met jonge kinderen op dat tijdstip. Het huisje is vervolgens wel keurig schoongemaakt en we hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad.
Das Haus Primula macht von außen einen guten Eindruck. Innen ist die Einrichtung jedoch auf das allernötigste beschränkt. Ärgerlich war, dass die bestellten Handtücher am Ankunftstag nicht da waren, auf Anruf jedoch geliefert wurden. Es ist alles sauber und funktional. Es fehlt jedoch an vielem, was man braucht: in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer...
Oostkapelle haben wir nicht zum ersten Mal besucht, es gefällt uns immer wieder sehr gut. Das gemietete Haus war groß genug für uns (2 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder). Es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Gefreut haben wir uns über den Kamin&die Badewanne. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit hätten wir uns gewünscht, in vielen Ecken gab es ungebetene Gäste.
Ruhige Umgebung und funktional eingerichtetes Haus. Einfach, aber funktional, ein Altbau mit seinen Tücken (Treppe, Deckenhöhe oben, Badeinstieg). Die Küche ist echt abgerockt, Betten unbequem und sehr tief: mit Knieproblemen eine Qual. Toll wären Fahrräder, sonst muss man für alles das Auto nutzen.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit viel Platz und Ruhe! Leider nur 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten daher kein Haus für 2 Paare (1 Zimmer für Kinder mit Stapelbetten und ein weiteres Einzelzimmer). Kommunikation war gut und bei einer Störung wurde schnell geholfen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung. Das Haus ist schön groß, mit tollem, großen Garten. Kleiner Hinweis: die Treppe ist sehr steil, somit nur für agile Menschen sinnvoll zu nutzen, damit der Urlaub Spaß macht. Der Einstieg der Badewanne (um zu duschen) ist sehr hoch, auch hier nur für agile Bewohner.
Haus ist vergleichsweise teuer für ein WE, aber sehr schön. Reinigung hätte etwas ausführlicher sein können (Ablagebrett Küche offenkundig gar nicht gereinigt).
Het huis was erg koud toen we aankwamen en ook 's ochtends was het heel koud, doordat de thermostaat ingesteld stond op 10 graden. Hierdoor duurde het lang voordat er een comfortabele temperatuur was.
Zeer aangenaam huis in prachtige omgeving. Het enige minpunt (om het zachtjes uit te drukken) was dat drie nachten achter elkaar het alarm van een melder afging.
Het huis was erg schoon bij aankomst. Het was verder ook van alles voorzien wat we ons wensten voor een weekje in Zeeland. Het huis is zeker niet goedkoop, maar in vergelijking met andere huizen in de omgeving zeker niet onredelijk van prijs. We komen hier graag nog eens terug.
Heerlijk huis met grote zonnige tuin. Enige nadeel is het lage bed zeker voor oudere mensen je kunt er bijna niet uitkomen maar verder prima.
Letterlijk een heerlijk huisje op een perfecte plek in Oostkapelle. Je loopt zo door een stukje bos en daarna het strand op. Ook naar het centrum is goed aan te lopen. Het huisje is gezellig en van alle voorzieningen voorzien met een grote tuin waar je heerlijk de hele dag in het zonnetje kunt zitten. We komen hier zeker terug.
Het huis ligt op fijne afstand van het dorp, de bossen, duinen en zee! Nog niet alles in het huis is opgeknapt/ gemoderniseerd. Het bed in de master bedroom is erg laag en je moet wel over een gepaalde lenigheid beschikken om in/uit het bad te stappen.
Fijn huis in mooie omgeving. Grote tuin. Wel echt voor 5 personen waarvan er 2 in een stapelbed gaan.
Fijn huis met fijne tuin. We misten een salontafel. Het tweepersoonsbed is erg laag maar matras prima. Qua ligging top! 10 minuten lopen door het bos en dan ben je op het strand. Een aanrader!
Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Fijn huis en super omgeving. Dichtbij het strand en bos. Met de fiets zo in Domburg en Oostkapelle. Huis mag hier en daar wel wat gemoderniseerd/opgeknapt worden.
