Modern fully air-conditioned semi-detached house on the Baltic Sea.
Plenty of light reaches the house through the large windows. Subdivided into three levels that we'd like to present to you:
On the first level there is the kitchen and dining area, living room and a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200). A bathroom with window, tub and toilet as well as a wardrobe in the spacious entrance area are also located here.
The open kitchen has a stove stove, exhaust hood, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine, kettle, toaster, mixer and much more. The worktops are made of granite. The large and modern dining table of wood with matching chairs is the centrepiece of the area. The light-flooded living area ensures plenty of holiday mood. The comfortable leather sofa lends a feel-good atmosphere.
The large TV provides for multi-media entertainment. Naturally there is also direct access to both terraces with garden furniture, two sun lounges and a Weber gas barbecue. The south-facing terrace has an awning.
Via the modern stairs with glass wall and handrail you'll reach the second level, the glazed rain shower on the second level offers the ultimate in shower pleasure. There are three separate bedrooms:
One bedroom offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the other bedrooms have a view of the meadow.
There are cupboards for your holiday wear, night table with matching lamps as well as TV in every bedroom.
The special EXTRA: from one of the four bedrooms you reach the separate kid's room via a staircase. The kids' room has 2 single beds (90 x 200) and an open closet. Two of the four bedrooms have a balcony and three of the four bedrooms have vanity tables.
The separate utility room is located on the ground floor, there you'll find the washing machine and a cupboard. The washing machine can be used at any time.
If you want to holiday ONLINE, you've come to the right place. WiFi is free for all guests.
You can park your vehicles on the two parking spaces.

Super Unterkunft und Ostseenähe
Die Ferienunterkunft hatten wir schon zum 2. mal gebucht, weil sie uns so gut gefallen hat und die Lage in Ostseenähe ist. Da wir mit unseren Kindern und deren Familien gut in diese Unterkunft passten, die Ausstattung kaum Wünsche übrig lässt und die Kinder sich auf dem Grundstück austoben können, haben wir diese Haushälfte zum Wiederholten male gebucht.
Jedes mal würden wir mit einem riesigen Obstkorb, einer Flasche Wein und etwas Süßes empfangen.
Außerdem ist es für alle schön gewesen, abends den Jacuzzi zu nutzen.

Haus und Ausstattung top, Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Nur etwas wenig Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung.
Toller Familienurlaub mit Platz für alle
Wir durften zwei wunderschöne Wochen im Schwansee Haus verbringen,in denen es uns an nichts fehlte. Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt, kein Wunder, wenn man mit einem großen Obstkorb, Sekt und einer Karte super nett empfangen wird.
Herr Kunze war vor und während des Aufenthaltes für alle Fragen erreichbar und super freundlich.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hochwertig und gut gepflegt, der Jacuzzi und die Tischtennisplatte sorgen für großen Spaß.
Da wir eine große Gruppe waren, wäre für uns persönlich eine weitere Dusche noch top gewesen, aber das kann man verkraften, wenn sonst alles stimmt.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Herr Kunze war vor und während des Aufenthaltes für alle Fragen erreichbar und super freundlich.

Ein großartiges Haus in bester Lage
Wir verbrachten als Großfamilie (6 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) eine wunderbare Woche im Ferienhaus.
Das Haus, die Zimmer und die Ausstattung selbst sind hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr, sehr wohl. Der große Garten, die Tischtennisplatte und das Jacuzzi waren das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Das Haus, die Zimmer und die Ausstattung selbst sind hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr, sehr wohl. Der große Garten, die Tischtennisplatte und das Jacuzzi waren das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Wir kommen gern wieder.
Super schönes Wochenende in einem tollen Haus
Hatten als Familie mit 3 Generationen , bei gutem Wetter, an einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Strand, in einem richtig tollen Haus ein super verlängertes Wochenende. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Blumenstrauß, Sekt und ein Obstkorb im Haus für uns parat. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet sogar Strandhandtücher, Gesellschaftsspiele, Outdoor spiele, Bollerwagen alles vorhanden. Das absolute Highlight war natürlich der Jacuzzi im Garten.

Traumhafter Ostseeurlaub!
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich ein Traum. Die Austattung und Einrichtung ist gehoben und nichts steht vielen Wohlfühlmomenten im Weg. Wir wurden mit einem üppigen Obstkorb und einer Flasche Sekt begrüßt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Fußläufig ist die Ostsee ca. 10 Minuten mit einem sauberen und angenehmen Strandabschnitt entfernt. Aber auch mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Schwerin, Lübeck, Boltenhagen und am Timmendorfer Strand. Und wenn man einfach die Seele baumeln lassen möchte: Der Jacuzzi im Garten lädt herzlich dazu ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Besser geht nicht - Traumferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung
Die FeWo ist sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail als auch Technik versehen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat alles was man fürs Kochen braucht. Alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage. Die Treppe ist beleuchtet und im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Sound Box als auch eine Alexa. Auch an so Kleinigkeiten wie Gesellschaftsspiele, Badehandtücher (Strand), Bollerwagen, Waschmaschinen und Geschirrspüler Tabs uvm. wurde gedacht. Auch der Strandkorb und die Terrassenmöbel sind hochwertig. Jeden Abend wurde der Garten und das Haus autom. beleuchtet. Das Highlight für uns war der Jacuzzi, den wir sehr oft genutzt haben. Wir hatte ein Problem mit dem Jacuzzi, welches, aber sofort von Herrn Kunze gelöst wurde.

Eine tolle Urlaubswoche im Klützer Winkeln
Wir waren als Reisegruppe das erste mal im Klützer Winkel und konnten eine tolle Woche im Haus Schwanensee verleben. Unser Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf jede Frage/Bitte reagiert.
Wer ein top ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit der Möglichkeit zur Ostsee zu laufen sucht, ist hier absolut richtig.
Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso die Bäder. Alles ist sehr hochwertig und neu. Der grosse Obstkorb und die Süßigkeiten + Sekt zur Begrüßung waren noch das Sahnehäubchen.
Wir können die Unterkunft nur voll empfehlen.
