The cozy and bright living room is equipped with a beautiful large sofa, digital television with an extensive channel package and the option for Netflix, and a dining table. The modern open kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer combination, an induction stove, a combination microwave, and a dishwasher. Through the sliding doors, you enter the large garden with a southwest-facing sun terrace.
The master bedroom is accessible from the living room and has a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The recently modernized bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet in the hallway. The washing machine is located in the shed outside, next to the front door.
The bungalow has two parking spaces on the property. Bicycles can be parked in the back garden.
Smoking is not allowed, pets are allowed (max. 1 dog).

If the tenant cancels the rental agreement for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, the tenant is obliged to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount.

From the sixth week before the start of the rental until the second week before the start of the rental, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged.
