Descripción

Charming classic cottage in a lovely area approx. 75 meters from one of Denmark's best sandy beaches in Marielyst, this house is located on the same side of the water. The house is divided into three houses with a total of 73 m2. In one house there is a living room and kitchen, which is very cozy with free wireless internet, TV with three Danish TV channels and also Cromecast for streaming. Via the terrace there is access to the house next door, where there are two bright rooms with a double bed and a bunk bed for two people and a bathroom with toilet and sink. The third house has its own toilet, sink and shower and washing machine. Terraces in several places for coziness and space for sunbathing and grilling. There is an extra covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace. Be careful with fire during dry periods. Not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
