The ground floor features a generous open kitchen and living area, a bathroom, one bedroom, and a practical utility room for sandy feet and wet swimwear. An open staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the remaining bedrooms and the second bathroom. On cooler days, relax indoors by the wood-burning stove. Double doors from the kitchen open onto a large terrace and a relatively private garden, perfect for enjoying the Danish summer. Despite its central location, the home sits at a comfortable distance from traffic and noise, while keeping you within easy reach of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The property is non-smoking, youth groups are not permitted, and bed linen must be ordered when booking. Important Note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee. • Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age may not rent the property.
