Entrance area, bathroom with shower and toilet, living room with a cozy sitting area with TV with digital reception, DVD/CD player, radio, and WIFI. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven with microwave, 4-burner gas stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a large assortment of pans, pots, kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses, and cutlery. Beautiful dining area. Door to the sunny terrace and garden. Garden furniture is also available. The garden is completely fenced.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and one bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and wardrobe. The beds are made upon arrival. There is also a stair gate for small children on the upper floor.

At Utrecht, take the A2 towards Amsterdam.
After about 25 km, take the A9 towards Amstelveen and then after 20 km, continue on the A9 towards Alkmaar.
Then take the exit for Alkmaar/Heiloo, at the roundabout take the 3/4 exit towards Heiloo and then towards Egmond. Continue following the signs for Egmond aan Zee.

Passt genau für einen schönen Kurzurlaub
Jetzt der eine Stern Abstrich: das Badezimmer ist ein kleiner Raum mit WC und Dusche mit Vorhang, aber kein Waschbecken und Spiegel und ohne Fenster.
Dafür sind zwei Waschbecken im ersten Stock jeweils in den Schlafzimmern. Das heißt: Händewaschen nicht im Bad möglich, sondern erst in der Küche.
Das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber für drei Nächte ging es.
Super Unterkunft
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Würde es immer wieder buchen.
