In the event of timely cancellation, the amount will be refunded after deduction of expenses. We charge the following standardized cancellation fees:
- for a cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before the start of the trip: 25% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 59th day to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 50% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 29th day to the 10th day before the start of the trip: 90% of the rental price
- for a cancellation from the 9th day to the 0th day before the start of the trip and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

ungehinderten Blick auf die Dünen
Auf der Terrasse hat man einen ungehinderten Blick auf die Dünen und die Terrasse sah sehr gepflegt aus. Kein Unkraut, schöne Außentisch und Stühle. Auch hinter dem Haus eine schöne Terrasse.
Was auch gut geändert wurde, ist der hohe (Maschen-)Zaun von 1,80cm. Dieser ist jetzt noch offen, aber der Efeu macht ihn schnell grün. Es gibt auch ein neues Gartentor, so dass unser Hund frei im Garten herumlaufen konnte.
Die neuen Matratzen sind wunderbar, wir haben gut geschlafen und hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
Schönes kleines Ferienhaus aber abgenutzt
Leider war die halbe Terrasse voller Unkraut (teilweise 80cm hoch) und als erstes habe ich Unkraut gezupft, es sah sehr ungepflegt aus und so möchte man seinen Urlaub nicht verbringen. Das Gras war frisch gemäht, allerdings lag überall der Rasenschnitt (wurde nicht weggeräumt) was zur Folge hatte, das die Hunde alles ins Haus schleppten.
Die Fenster an der Außenüberdachung waren nicht geputzt und voller Spinnenweben.
das schlimmste sind die Matratzen, sehr weich und durchgelegen, müssen DRINGEND erneut werden! Wir haben durch die Matratzen Rückenschmerzen.
Wir kommen leider nicht wieder.

Wir würden gerne wieder kommen
Die Spülmaschine war auch eine Erleichterung ! Gewünscht hätte ich mir allerdings einen Wasserkocher ... Alles in allem wirklich nur zu empfehlen ! Alles da, was man braucht, und sehr gemütlich und sauber. Wir überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr widerkommen werden.
Ein eingezäunter Bungalow fänden wir große Klasse, da unser Hund leider immer wegläuft.
