La Storica is a typical 17th-century Puglian house, an oasis of peace just 30 m from the historic centre of San Vito dei Normanni and about 10 minutes’ drive from the sandy beaches of Torre Guaceto. All on the ground floor, it sleeps 4–5 guests with one double bedroom, a second air-conditioned bedroom with access to the patio, a living room with sofa bed and TV, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and a shower bathroom. Stone vaults, warm lighting and vintage details create a cosy, authentic atmosphere. Outside you have two patios with dining table, loungers and seating, and free parking in the street or in a private covered garage 100 m away.

Le logement est très bien équipé avec notamment la climatisation et un garage.
Les échanges avec l’hôte se font en français et ce dernier est très réactif pour répondre aux questions et aux demandes.
Le logement est très proche du centre ce qui permet de sortir facilement à pied le soir pour déambuler en ville.
La ville est vivante le soir (nous sommes partis en été) et est centrale pour découvrir les Pouilles.
Les échanges avec l’hôte se font en français et ce dernier est très réactif pour répondre aux questions et aux demandes.
Le logement est très proche du centre ce qui permet de sortir facilement à pied le soir pour déambuler en ville.
La ville est vivante le soir (nous sommes partis en été) et est centrale pour découvrir les Pouilles.
Väldigt mysig stad som hade allt. Cafeer, restauranger, bagerier och matvarubutiker i närheten.
Vi upptäckte nya stränder i närheten varje dag. Alla var bra.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Highlight ist die vom Haus zu erreichende Garage. Die Größe der Räume ist beeindruckend

San Vito Dei Normanni is a wonderful place to stay as it is ideally located to the airport, beaches and motorway. The town is wonderful and comes alive in the evening and the location of the apartment was perfect - About a minutes walk to the square with lots of bars and restaurants and people chatting.
The apartment itself has everything you need and has perfected the balance between traditional (the ceilings are incredible!!!!) and modern. It is very comfortable and spacious and easy to find in San Vito's maze of streets
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis ,la maison est atypique, pleine de charme .Proche à pied des restaurants et des bars .le garage est très pratique . Très bon accueil de l'agence.
Una casa grande y bonita, con plaza de párking en la misma casa y cerca del centro del pueblo. Con todo lo necesario para estar unos días muy cómodos en San VIto dei Normani y hacer visitas a los pueblos y playas de Puglia. Estuvimos muy a agusto y lo pasamos genial

Nous avons eu la chance de venir lors d un festival qui a animé la ville tous les soirs avec une belle ambiance.
La maison est très belle, Clim efficace, literie ok, équipement complet même un parasol, des pastilles lave vaisselle, de très belles et grandes chambres, garage pratique.
Ménage parfait.
À quelques mètres de la place principale, bons restos et bars.
Plages à 20 min et bien situé pour rayonner et découvrir les villes
Contacts efficaces avec l agence, très disponible. Je relouerai avec vacanze in puglia !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Storica. Le logement est grand et vraiment typique avec ses plafonds voûtés. Jolie décoration. Le garage privé est très pratique. Le logement est proche de la place de l'église très animée avec de bons restaurants et bars. L'hôte a été très réactive et toujours disponible.
We had a really good time in the apartment and the hosts were really nice. We got daily suggestions of things we could do in Puglia and if we needed any help we could always reach out to someone.

Ottima posizione in pieno centro. Il garage è un valore aggiunto alla casa. Appartamento molto bello ed arredato con stile. Le foto corrispondono perfettamente a quelle pubblicate sul sito. Accoglienza ottima.
The house is situated in the city center and a private parking is available. The rooms are spacious and full of character, old floors and beautiful high sealing. A nice renovation!
The outside area is small but we almost never used it as we spend most off the days on the seaside and on the terraces of the local bars.
Almost everything is in walking distance, cheese maker for fresh straciatelli, bakers, super markets, restaurants , gelateria, ect.
Airco in every room. Small basic bathroom and a nice kitchen with dishwasher.
Overall we really enjoyed staying here. The only thing we where missing was an extra set of keys. We had a late check-in but communication with the host was very good.

L appartamento, casa storica ristrutturata, ha tutti i comfort, necessari! È situata in zona centralissima ma silenziosa e ha anche il garage privato.
