Our new holiday home is in a very quiet and central location. The very comfortable living accommodation with its lucid, friendly ambience and lovingly created features puts this house into a category of its own.
With 95 m² over 3 floors it has a large living and dining area with a stove, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with a reading and work area and two bathrooms with a bath and shower. The house is fitted out with underfloor heating and mosquito nets. There is child bed, a travel cot, a high chair and a hand cart for our small guests.
The small garden with its sunbathing lawn and large south-facing terrace entices you to relax and barbeque. The house has two parking spaces. Bicycles can be kept in the garden house.

If travelling to the Baltic Spa by car take the A19 towards
Rostock exiting at Rostock-Ost. Then continue along the B 105 towards Stralsund and from Altheide across the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsular as far as Zingst.
If travelling to the Baltic Spa at Zingst by train travel to Barth station and continue from there by bus towards Zingst.

Wunderschön eingerichtet mit ganz viel Liebe
Wohlfühl-Urlaub in zentraler Lage
Vielen Dank an Familie Paech für eine tolle Woche in einer wundervollen Ferienwohnung. Durch die zentrale Lage in Zingst konnten wir Strand, Hafen, Bäcker, usw. problemlos zu Fuss erreichen. Und auch im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt und es gab viele kleine Details zu entdecken. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
Schönes Haus von Familie Paech.
Ein super ausgestattetes, liebevoll eingerichtetes, sauberes, geräumiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, mit kleinem Garten; kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Ortskern.
Super Ferienhaus, toller Urlaub
Wir waren mir unseren 3 Enkeln für 1 Woche Gast in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Mit ganz viel Liebe ist dieses Ferienhaus eingerichtet. Viele kleine, schöne Details, die unseren Urlaub einfach noch schöner gemacht haben. Außerdem sehr zentral gelegen und doch ganz ruhige Umgebung. Bis zum Strand nicht weit, bis zum Bodden nicht weit, bis zum Einkaufen nicht weit - alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von uns gibt es eine absolute Weiterempfehlung für UniKate. Auf diesem Weg noch mal ein herzliches DankeSchön an die Vermieter Fam. Paech.
Perfekt ! … fast zu schade zum Vermieten ... 6 Sterne oder Sonnen
Das Haus liegt schön ruhig. Strand, Boddenhafen und das Zentrum mit diversen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es fehlt buchstäblich an nichts. Auch für Kinder in allen Altersklassen ist alles vorhanden. Man merkt, dass das Haus von den Vermietern persönlich betreut wird. Die absolut geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Gestaltung mit vielen dekorativen maritimen Details zeigen die persönliche Note der Vermieter. Persönliche Übergabe inklusive Blumenstrauß und einigen regionalen Biersorten als Begrüßung setzen den i-Punkt. Wir konnten mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und unserem 16 Monate alten Enkel eine tolle Urlaubswoche verleben. Nach diversen FH/FeWo-Buchungen ist es für uns das bislang beste Ferienhaus an der Ostsee - alles perfekt und fast zu schade zum Vermieten - 6 Sterne!

Wir möchten uns bei Fam. Paech noch einmal recht herzlich bedanken . Wir haben schon oft in in Ferienhäusern unseren Urlaub verbracht , aber dieses Haus ist einfach ja wie sagt man es ? einfach ohne Worte.... Super herzliche Begrüßung durch unsere super netten Vermieter , alles total sauber und ein dickes Lob an die Hausherrin , wir haben noch nie eine Unterkunft gehabt die mit so viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet war nochmals vielen Dank. Perfekt!
Das Ferienhaus Unikate trägt seinen Namen zu Recht, es ist das schönste Ferienhaus was wir jemals gebucht hatten. Die liebe- und geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die Ausstattung lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Haus ist PERFEKT!!!! Vielen Dank an die Familie Paech auch für den netten Blumen- und Getränkegruß. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und kommen sicher wieder.

Hier merkt man das Haus wird von den Besitzern gepflegt, alles im perfekten Zustand. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Dank an Frau und Herrn Paech für alle Aufmerksamkeiten.
Tatsächlich "Traumwohnung"
In diesem Traumferienhaus fehlt es an nichts - so behaglich haben wir noch nie gewohnt! Auch im November kann man hier herrliche Tage verbringen! Speziell auch unsere knapp 3jähr. Enkelin hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt - für die Knirpse ist auch an alles gedacht! Besonders toll der Bollerwagen! Vermieter sehr nett - frischer Blumenstrauß und Getränke zur Begrüßung! Absolut empfehlenswert!
Toller Urlaub
Wir waren schon das 3.Mal in Zingst, aber so ein tolles Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie. Die Vermieter haben dieses Haus mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und es war alles für uns voebereitet (Bettwäsche, Handtücher und keine Aufmerksamkeiten) und nicht zu vergessen der frisch Blumenstrauß. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Danke dafür-
