On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, spacious wardrobes, and fans. A large, modern shower room is also on this level. Here, you'll also find the grand "round balcony," from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the nature reserve and the mountains. It is accessible from both bedrooms.
The highlight of the holiday home is the 28m² private pool that invites you to swim. The large, sunny terrace around the pool is equipped with a dining table, ample chairs, and 4 sun loungers. This way, your morning can start with a lovely outdoor breakfast.
Parking is available directly in front of the house for smaller cars. Otherwise, parking is easily available on the spacious turning area at the driveway to the private road.
Since the house is equipped with modern infrared heaters in all rooms, it is also very suitable for living in the winter months.
