A well-behaved dog is only allowed on the ground floor.
493 m² enclosed garden with privacy and wind screen on the terrace - privacy. Outdoor grill for cosy barbecues. 2 beach chairs to relax after long walks on the Baltic Sea. The natural beach can be reached in about 500 m via a dirt road.
In the cold season, there is nothing standing in the way of a sauna with a separate rain shower and a cosy evening around the fireplace.
Villa Jane has a large living room with an integrated kitchen for cooking together.
There are two TVs in the living room and bedroom. Radio and DVD invite you for a cosy get-together.
The house has a separate guest toilet.
Bicycles and/or pushchairs can be stored in the garden shed.

Familie Hinrichs
ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurden. Ich finde das Farbkonzept der Inneneinrichtung stimmig. Hier tritt man ein und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die verbauten hochwertige Materialien
unterstreichen dieses Gefühl. Der Vermieter hatte für den wirklich gut funktionierenden Kamin sogar das Holz und Anzünder bereitgestellt, so dass einem gemütlichen Abend am
Kamin nichts im Weg stand.
Leider setzt sich gute Gefühl nur bedingt in der ersten Etage fort. Das Badezimmer ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und auch ausreichend groß bei Vollbelegung des Ferienhauses mit 5
Personen.
Leider haben die Betten des Masterschlafzimmers gequietscht. Die Ursache habe ich schnell gefunden behoben. In punkto Sauberkeit der Matratzen, Kopfkissen usw. gibt es nichts zu Verbessern. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 3 Schlafmöglichkeiten ist in Sachen Einrichtung und Komfort akzeptabel, entspricht aber nicht dem hochwertigen Interior des Erdgeschosses. Eine kleine Sauna für 2 Personen rundet das Gesamtangebot
des Ferienhauses ab. Im Garten steht ein kleines Gartenhaus mit Terrassenmöbeln, Grillzeug usw.
In Summe vergebe ich hier trotz kleiner Mängel noch 5 Sterne, auch weil die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsagentur reibungslos lief. Danke für die erholsamen Tage zum
Jahreswechsel 2022/2023.
