The villa Lilly is for 4-6 persons and has a living area of 110 sqm.
It consists of a large living space with modern kitchen with appliances, dining table for 6 persons and living area, two bathrooms/toilet with washing machine, two two-persons bedrooms with double bed and air-conditions.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric hobs, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker. Swimming pool 8m x 3,5m.

Rakalj is a small town located on the southeast coast of Istria, 25 km from Pula. Rakalj is also attractive to visitors due to its cultural and historical sights (the Baroque parish church built in the 18th century. The location and its surroundings is rich in flora and fauna, and such is suitable for summer tourism, hunting and hiking. Rakalj offers beautiful a countryside, the sea, the sun and the quiet away from the crowded seaside resorts. Many beautiful beaches (located 2 km away) are hidden from view, providing a sense of freedom and intimacy. While staying in Rakalj do not forget to visit other famous tourist destinations in Istria such as Pula, Rovinj, Umag and Poreč

Zunächst: Die Bilder zeigen den tatsächlichen Zustand des Hauses, es muss erst jüngst komplett renoviert und eingerichtet worden sein.

Hr. Varesko ist ein sehr angenehmer Mensch, der alle Funktionen bestens erklärt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von ihm am Haus erwartet.

Rakalj ist ein istrisches Dorf, ca. 25 km von Pula entfernt, wo alles geruhsam seinen Gang geht. Wer Disco und Biermeile sucht, ist hier falsch. Gegeben ist dagegen Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit.

Es gibt einen kleinen Krämerladen im Ort, der das Allernötigste vorhält, zu erreichen in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg zur Ortsmitte. Weit besser sortiert und aufgeräumter ist sein Pedant in der ca. 4 km entfernten Nachbargemeinde Krinica.

In der Ortsmitte ist auch die Konoba Plaza.

wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche in der Villa Lavanda. Das Haus ist neuwertig und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Aussenanlage ist top gepflegt und gemeinsam mit dem tollen Pool fühlt man sich auf anhieb wie Zuhause. Die Vermieter waren total nett und liebenswert so das wir schon bei der Ankunft sofort im Urlaubsmodus waren. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht und freuen uns auf einen weiteren schönen Urlaub.

Wir waren mit Kind und unseren 3 Hunden im Haus. Der Pool war das Highlight, denn von der Umgebung her muss man sich klarmachen, dass nicht so viele schöne Strände drumherum sind und auch nicht so leicht zugänglich. Daher einen Punktabzug für die Gegend. Es ist keine typische Touristengegend wie an der Westküste (was ja durchaus reizvoll ist), sehr ursprünglich und man ist in einem richtigen Dorf, Trotzdem gib es genügend Restaurants in der Nähe und der fussläufig zu erreichende kleine Supermarkt hat alles für den täglichen Gebrauch. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber, Herr Varesko ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Bei Ankunft lag Eis im Gefrierfach und als er wegen dem Pool kam, brachte er uns Kuchen mit! Die Hunde waren herzlich willkommen, das ist bei 3 Hunden selten der Fall.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem pool.zimmer sind alle klimatisiert.es fehlt an nichts.der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.die Landschaft ist einfach grandios.überall giebt es Kleine Badebuchten ,ideal also auch für den Urlaub mit Hund.wir können dieses schöne Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir verbrachten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Lavanda. Das Haus entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung und wir fühlten uns super wohl dort. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hatte sogar ein Eis für unser Kind bereit gestellt. Der Pool bot zu jeder Tageszeit eine super Erfrischung und wir hatten auch eine Menge Spaß mit dem Kicker. Der kleine Supermarkt im Ort bietet alles was man braucht und ist nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto sind es zum Meer nur wenige Minuten und man findet dort herrliche Buchten, die einem viele ruhige Plätzchen bieten. Auch unser Hund schien sich im komplett umzäunten Grundstück richtig wohl zu fühlen. Wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen und empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter.
Auch wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort Urlaub machen.
Es war super schön.

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit guter Ausstattung und tollem Pool. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hatte gute Tipps zum Einkaufen und essen gehen. Die nächstgelegenen Buchten/Strände sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt kann das Haus absolut empfohlen werden. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber u. gepflegt. Der freundliche u. hilfsbereite Vermieter wohnt nicht in dem Ort. Die einheimischen Nachbarn sind auch sehr freundlich. Der kleine Supermarkt im Ort (5 Gehminuten) ist abends bis 20 Uhr geöffnet, Sonntags bis 13 Uhr. Für den "großen" Einkauf sind wir nach Pula (25 km) gefahren. Dort gibt es Kaufland, Lidl, etc.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir kommen bestimmt wieder...

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter ist super nett und sehr bemüht. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Großartige Lage vor allem für unseren Hund, da der Strand auch zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen ist.
Alles in Allem war es ein sehr toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu fünft in der Villa Lavanda zu Gast und waren sehr begeistert. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und bietet alles was man braucht (Shop für das Alltägliche, Restaurants, Strand usw). Mit dem Auto gelangt man nach Pula oder Rovinj in ca. einer 1/2 Stunde.
Das Haus besticht durch das wunderbare Pool, welches
in der heißen Jahreszeit eine tolle Abkühlung bot.
Wir vergeben 5 Sterne in jeder Hinsicht und kommen gerne wieder!

We spent a wonderful week in this lovely house. The owners are very friendly, helpful and hospitable. The house was very clean. We enjoyed a lot of free extras like Welcome drinks and icecream!
Our children and we as parents could relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. You have some restaurants as well as a small shop in Rakalj, this is everything you need for relaxing vacations. Highly recommended! Thank you once again and we´ll come back in 2017!
