This lovely holiday home is located above the town of Makarska in a peaceful and quiet area with splendid view surrounded by olive groves and pine trees.
Next to Holiday home Nera is Holiday home Anja which can also accommodate up to 6 people and can be rented out together in case you have a big group.
On the ground floor is open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and an exit to the terrace.
On the terrace you'll find the pool with an outdoor shower, sunbeds, bbq and outdoor seating area. The view from here is just great!
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms which will offer you the comfort needed on your vacation.

Tolle Urlaub, aber nicht das Geld wert.
Tolle Aussicht: Ein großes Highlight war die fantastische Aussicht, die man von der Villa aus genießen kann. .Negativ:Sauberkeit: Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Einige Matratzen waren mit Flecken verschmutzt.Ameisen: Es gab ein erhebliches Ameisenproblem in der gesamten Villa, besonders in der Küche. Das machte das Kochen und Essen sehr unangenehm.Verstopfte Abflüsse: Die Abflüsse in der Küche und in einigen Badezimmern waren verstopft, was zu unangenehmen Gerüchen und Nutzungseinschränkungen führte.Schimmel in den Duschen: Die Duschen waren mit Schimmel befallen, was den Gesamteindruck weiter verschlechterte.Küchenzustand: Der Zustand der Küche war sehr schlecht. Ständig lief Wasser auf die Arbeitsplatte, was die Nutzung erschwerte.Insgesamt verdient die Villa nur 2 Sterne für den Zustand.
Super Unterkunft, super freundliche Gastgeber!
Wir waren im August für 14 Tage in der Unterkunft Villa Nera. Super Unterkunft, super freundliche Gastgeber und die Buchung über Prominens mit Frau Paunovic lief alles perfekt von Anfang bis zum Ende. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Es wurde immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt und sich sofort darum gekümmert. Vielen Dank nochmal für die tolle Zeit und für das freundliche Entgegenkommen an die Gastgeber und das Prominens Team.
Schöner Urlaub mit einem schönen Ausblick auf das Meer
Schöne neue doppelhaushälfte mit top Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Pool ist schön groß und die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. In ein paar Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der Stadt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen
Beautiful property!
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nera! The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved the fact that all three bedrooms had an ensuite, and the air conditioners worked very well, even for US standards. The location was isolated and quiet with a gorgeous view of the town and sea, and the pool was the icing on the cake! My favorite part of our vacation was floating in the pool on the provided lounge blow-up to the relaxing sounds of the waterfall from the pool!

Es war einfach nur super und wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub! Die Villa ist top ausgestattet, super sauber, hat eine gute Lage, einen geilen Pool und einen mega Ausblick. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Prominens und der checkin verliefen reibungslos. Alles was man so brauchen könnte ist Vorort wie z. B. eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, eine voll ausgestattete Küche inklusive Öl, Gewürzen usw., ein sauberer Gasgrill auf der Terrasse und und und . Bei Ankunft lagen Pralinen und etwas zu trinken für uns bereit.
Top Ferienhaus
Das Haus entsprach unseren besten Erwartungen. Gute Ausstattung, nette Vermieterin, tolle Aussicht auf Makarska und ruhige Lage am Hang. Der Gasgrill ist eine tolle Sache. Eine schmale Zufahrtstrasse und eine ordentliche Steigung bei der Anfahrt. Nicht so schlimm. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Unser Dank geht an die Agentur für die Betreung und den tollen Service.

Die Villa ist perfekt für einen Abend nach dem Strand. Gut gelegen mit einer schönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Alles klimatisiert und mehr als modern. Der Pool ist für den Abend sogar beleuchtet und bietet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Alle 3 Zimmer haben ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Zum Strand braucht man mit dem Auto 5 Minuten. Zu Fuß ein wenig zu steil. Aber dafür hat man seine Ruhe.
Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Nächstes mal wieder:-)

Wunderschöne Villa
Sehr schöne Villa, man hat das Gefühl, in eigenem Haus die Zeit zu verbringen. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeber, immer bereit zu Helfen und sehr gut erreichbar. Makarska hat sehr schöne Strände. Wir bedanken uns bei den Gastgebern für den schönen Urlaubsort!!! Viele liebe Grüße aus Deutschland!!!

Eine ganz tolle Woche hatten wir in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Sehr gastfreundliche Betreuung, schön ruhig und trotzdem schnell mitten drin. Tolle Ausblicke, egal wo man ist. Einfach perfekt.
