Our holiday home is to rent throughout the year - even in the beautiful time September / October, when the sea is still warm and the nature invites you to hiking and biking.
Villa Perle in Kastelir near Porec with a fantastic view of the sea. About 9 km from Porec you will escape the hustle and bustle and yet in a few minutes in Porec or one of the beautiful beaches. In Kastelir you will find restaurants, bars and all shops for daily needs.
A beautiful original Istrian stone house which has just been renovated from scratch and refitted.
The total living area is approximately 120 m² is equipped with air conditioning and consists of a main house with living / kitchen area with guest toilet on the ground floor with access to a covered terrace with a fantastic view over Porec across the sea.
The kitchen is completely new equipped with stove, dishwasher coffee machine - also a new washing machine is available.
Directly in front of the house is the completely new outdoor area with approx. 30 m² pool and plenty of sunbathing possibilities and a seating area also outside with barbecue facilities.
The first floor offers two bedrooms, each with double beds and a brand new bathroom with shower - all rooms with sea view from the bed !!
In an emergency, a couch can be pulled out in the living area, which then offers another sleeping space with dimensions of 200x135 cm.
Furthermore, there is a beautiful apartment in the house with private access with a living area including a small kitchen, a separate bedroom with two single beds and a great bathroom with shower.
Also in this living area, the couch can be pulled out to the bed with the dimensions 200x120 cm. Due to its own access, this area is ideally suited for e.g. Grandma / Grandpa or teenagers to allow their own privacy or because of the structural characteristics of a (even two) disabled person to simplify the stay.
TVs are available in all living areas.
Dog is allowed by appointment - Surcharge: 50 Euro per week and dog
The pool is constantly cleaned by a very friendly person who is always available to inquire with questions or problems, and bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
