Die Anlage ist gerade mal 1 Jahr alt, die Einrichtung und auch die Matratzen sind neu.
Der Kunde hatte uns hier in Deutschland angerufen und uns mitgeteilt, dass die Kaffeemaschine schlecht läuft, daraufhin haben wir Ihn gebeten sich an den Verwalter der Anlage zu wenden oder die Telefonnr. vom Büro des Verwalters zu wählen. Der Verwalter vor Ort ist immer sehr bemüht aber anscheinend hat der Kunde unsere Empfehlung nicht genutzt. Von harten Betten
hatte der Kunde im Telefonat nichts gesagt, Natürlich gibt es unterschiedliche Meinungen dazu. Dem einen sind die zu hart dem anderen zu weich. Jedenfalls hat der Verwalter vor Ort auch Auflagematratzen vorrätig . die bei Bedarf auf gelegt werden können, Wir bedauern sehr, dass der Kunde die Möglichkeit nicht genutzt hat.
