On the ground floor, there is a comfortable bedroom with two single box-spring beds (arranged as a double bed), a television, and an en-suite bathroom with a sun shower and sink. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.

From the kitchen, you step directly into the garden, where a furnished terrace awaits you. In summer, you can relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the peace and fresh sea air. At the front of the house, there is an indoor storage room with a practical washer/dryer combination.
