You will have access to a spacious, enclosed wooded garden (230 m²) with plenty of privacy and a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long. The property is in a prime location, just 300 meters from the North Sea and the beach. You are within walking distance of the promenade, the village center, and the beach. The area is perfect for relaxation in the form of beach recreation, water sports, walking, and cycling. On the seaside, you will find the Zoutelande promenade, which transitions into a walking path over the dunes, along Groot-Valkenisse and Dishoek to Vlissingen.

The view over Walcheren and the sea, where many sea ships pass close to the coast, makes this walk an experience. Behind the promenade lies the shopping street with various nice shops and cozy terraces. Come and enjoy a well-deserved vacation on the Zeeland Riviera.

On the ground floor, you have access to a spacious living room with an open luxury kitchen. The living room is cozily furnished and equipped with a corner sofa, television, CD player, radio, and gas fireplace. The luxury kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, combi-microwave, coffee machine, Senseo machine, kettle, and toaster.

The bathroom is located on the first floor and features a bathtub, shower, sink, and extra toilet. The bedrooms are also on this floor. Both bedrooms have two single beds (90x210).

The holiday home is equipped with central heating, a high chair, and a cot. Outside, you have a beautiful, large enclosed garden with a spacious terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a parasol. There is ample space for private parking. Additionally, free Wi-Fi is available.
