The living room is directly connected to the west terrace and the garden through large glass double doors, featuring a pool SPA, barbecue area, and pool terrace. Both the east and west terraces, with comfortable lounge furniture, sun loungers, as well as tables and chairs, invite you to relax. Indirect lamps and lights in the garden, pool, and SPA create beautiful warm accents and highlight the character of the cozy garden and the old olive trees.
The villa has 1 shower bathroom with a large shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, double washbasin, and a large mirror.
A wellness room with a whirlpool bathtub, heat cabin - sauna, and an open fireplace that can be enjoyed from the bathtub and the heat cabin.
The villa has 1 bedroom with a double bed and is decorated in friendly warm colors, featuring a large 3-door mirrored wardrobe. Another canopy bed is located in the living room and can be separated by curtains.
The chalet, another bedroom, is located a few meters from the house and offers a good opportunity to be somewhat independent. There are 2 single beds placed directly next to each other, very popular with traveling couples and teenagers.
Here, there is also a separate shower room with toilet next to it.

Außergewöhnlich ruhige Lage, obwohl man 500 Meter weiter mitten im Leben ankommt. Von der Dachterrasse Blick aufs Meer.
Das Haus ist sehr durchdacht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. War bisher das am besten ausgestattete Haus das wir je hatten.
Sehr nette Vermieter, die alles geben, den Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu machen. Mit vielen Tips für Ausflüge .
Wir haben uns wirklich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und der Erholungsfaktor war 100%.

Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Betten sind leider nicht sehr bequem - ein Mittagsschläfchen in der Hängematte macht dies aber wieder gut;)

vielen Dank für Euere positive Bewertung.
Wir haben das Haus 2 Jahre lang komplett renoviert und umgebaut und waren in der Mietsaison 2019 noch nicht ganz fertig. (Was die Gäste auch wußten, daher auch der reduzierte Mietpreis). Die Einrichtung des Hasuses ist ebenfalls neu bis auf die Betten . Hier hatten wir noch nicht die passenden Modelle gefunden welche mit dem Stil der Villa harmonieren. Die Betten werden derzeit vom Schreiner auf Wunsch und Maß von Hand gefertigt .
Ebenso werden eine Solarheizung für den Swimmingpool und eine weitere für das Warmwasser, um Stromkosten zu sparen diesen Winter installirt. Auch weitere Raffinessen haben wir für die kommende Saison noch geplant.

Die perfekte Wellnessoase zum entspannen und relaxen.
Durch die perfekte Lage ist man auch schnell an den wunderschönen Buchten und Stränden mit dem kristallklaren Wasser von Sardinien.
Fritz und Evi waren sehr tolle Gastgeber, die uns mit Rat und Tat immer zur Verfügung standen.
Fazit: Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! :-)
Traumhafte Ferien in pefekt ausgestatteter Villa
Es hat viele tolle Strände die in 5 -15 Min zu erreichen sind, San Teodoro in 15 Min, ein Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht ist in 5 Min erreichbar. Wir haben öfters den Pool,Whirlpool und den wunderschönen Garten genutzt und sind erst am Nachmittag an den Strand. Unsere Kinder und wir waren begeistert.
