The holiday home "Woulli" could be their "holiday" in Eggstätt. The pretty house is located in a quiet side street within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the nearest bathing lake. On 2 floors, with 180 sqm living room are distributed 2 bedrooms (double beds), a bathroom with tub / shower and WC. A separate kitchen with complete equipment, a living room, a dining room, hall, storage room, another WC, the cozy winter garden and a nice sunny terrace complete the living space. The 700 sqm garden, with a beautiful view, guarantees you ample space for playing, celebrating and relaxing. Garage, bicycles, barbecue, washing machine, freezer and dryer are also available.

Special features: In the lower floor, a room with two sleeping places can be booked for 2 persons, on request another room for 1 person - for larger families or friends. Dogs are allowed.

Schönes Haus mit großen Räumen. Ruhige Lage. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht und ein guter Startpunkt für die Erkundung der Gegend. Vom Balkon aus kann man die Berge sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Hausservice, jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus kann ich empfehlen.

Sehr schönes, großzügiges und ruhiges Haus mit tollem Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alle wichtigen Dinge in Küche und Geschirrschränken waren greifbar und gut sortiert. So, wie man es sich wünscht. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder. Auch dies gesamte Abwicklung von der Buchung zur Reinigung - alles perfekt! Danke!

Das ganz besondere Ferienhaus
Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt bewerte ich dieses Ferienhaus der Extraklasse mit der höchsten
möglichen Punktzahl.
Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand in ruhiger Lage mit einem weiten Blick über die Wiesen.
Die sehr freundliche Hausdame Frau Daniela hat uns bei der Ankunft herzlich willkommen
geheißen. Danach gab es eine Führung durch das überaus wohnliche Haus, in jedem Raum mit
Fußbodenheizung und WLAN.
Hunde sind nicht nur erlaubt, sondern ausdrücklich willkommen.
Der angemessene Preis für das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben und gilt als Festpreis mit allen
Nebenkosten.
Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Frau Daniela für die gute Betreuung und den ausgezeichneten
Service.
Weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben, werden wir das Haus in absehbarer Zeit wieder mieten.
