(1) If the tenant cancels or terminates the contract before the start of the rental period, the following cancellation fees are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved instead of the total price:

Overcrowding of the holiday home with more people than stated in the contract or as subsequently approved in writing, allowing pets inside the rental property, repeated disturbance of the peace, engaging in unauthorized activities on the property of the rental object or of the holiday park Zomerdorp Grevelingen, willful or grossly negligent damage to the rental property, the inventory, or the property's facilities.
