This splendid and modern villa, distributed over one ground floor and a basement, offers a luxurious and comfortable interior for an unforgettable stay. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort at any time of the year. Upon entering, there is a spacious living-dining room with two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, followed by a large open kitchen with induction cooker and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious dishes. The villa has 5 bedrooms, all with a wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the other three have two single beds each. In the basement, there is one last bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom, alongside a practical laundry room equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Additionally, for the convenience of guests traveling with babies, the villa has a crib and a high chair. With its modern design and luxury amenities, this villa is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und noch darüber hinaus. Auch hat uns die Lage der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Alles lief von der Buchung bis zum Auszug reibungslos. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und würden sie sofort wieder buchen bei einem erneuten Urlaub auf Fehmarn.

" Urlaubsträume am Meer " verbracht. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, den Südstrand, Burgstaaken und auch Burg selber sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Straße ( Sackgasse). Die Ferienwohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber, gleich bei unserer Ankunft haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt !
