Our villa offers plenty of space and comfort, boasting high-quality, tasteful furnishings. The house has a total area of 230m2. The entire ground floor, with an area of about 180m2, is available for rent. The upper floor is not for rent.
Stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, the ground floor features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1x en suite), a very large living/dining area including a pull-out sofa bed with spring mattress and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Noteworthy are the large refrigerator with an ice dispenser and a second beverage fridge.
The very large, covered terrace offers plenty of space, numerous seating options, has direct access to the pool and garden and can be used all year round thanks to a sliding glass wall and an electric heater.

Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal für entspannte Tage und wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und so, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben.

Die Lage in Elviria ist top. Am Strand waren wir in wenigen Minuten und auch nach Marbella ist es ein Katzensprung.
Wir verbrachten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
Unser Tipp: Setzt euch mit einem Glas Wein zum Sonnenuntergang auf die Terrasse! Einfach grandios!
