With 180 m² it is ideal for up to 6 guests.
On the ground floor is a large kitchen with dining area, spacious living room, bathroom with a large opening door with bathtube.
The first floor has 3 double bedrooms ( two of it with private bathroom with shower ), very large terrace with a beautiful sea view (direct exit from the bedrooms).
The private swimming pool 8x4m is exclusively for guests. Near the pool there is a large covered terrace with a dining table and chairs on one side and a table soccer and biliard table for fun on the other side. Near the pool there is also a small house with a tavern with fireplace and on top of that small house a nice large terrace with amazing sea view.
There is also a private car park for 3 cars.
The whole plot (600 m²) is surrounded by a fenced garden for absolute privacy and relaxation.

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick
Es liegt etwas abgeschieden von der der Stadt und bei einem Waldgebiet.Wer viel Ruhe sucht ,ist hier genau richtig.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet.
Auch der Kontakt mit Ivan von Traumferienwohnung war super freundlich und er hat sich bei allen Anliegen umgehend gemeldet.
Alles im Allem ein perfekter Urlaub.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
