The property offers generous accommodations for up to 11 guests, even welcoming furry family members upon request.

Inside the house, a spacious living room flooded with natural light beckons with its lofty ceiling and radiant cooling floors. Expansive windows unveil a sun-drenched terrace and a 2,000-square-meter exotic garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

The kitchen is well equipped to help you create unforgettable culinary experiences. Whether crafting a feast or savoring a freshly brewed cup of coffee, every detail is curated for guests’ well-being.

The first bedroom, accessible from the dining area, boasts a king-size bed and benefit from a refreshing radiant cooling floor. It also features a private en-suite bathroom with shower room with toilet, along with a wooden terrace overlooking the sports grounds.

On the other side of the living room, a corridor leads to the master suite, equipped with radiant floor cooling system, a wall-mounted TV, and a king-size bed. It opens onto a wooden terrace with a jacuzzi overlooking the verdant garden, as well as a spacious bathrooom with both an island bathtub and a walk-in shower.

Further down the corridor, you will find another cozy bedroom with a very comfortable double sofa bed ; this bedroom benefits of an adjacent shower room.

At the center of the house, an entrance hall leads to an air-conditioned wing housing two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a double sofa bed and a child-friendly wooden single bed. These rooms share a bathroom, complete with indoor and outdoor showers.

A staircase from this wing descends to a lower level, unveiling a spacious playroom which opens onto the garden through large sliding windows. Stocked with a variety of board games, as well as a foodball table, pool table, ping-pong table, and an air-hockey table, this room offers endless hours of entertainment for guests.

Step outside of the villa to explore a lush garden, adorned with palm trees and exotic plants. Opposite the living room, an outdoor dining area for 12 is sheltered by a sunshade sail. Facing the house, the pool crowns ttha garden with its generous dimensions (11m x 4m x 1.5m). It is surrounded by a wooden deck fitted with sun loungers and a Balinese daybed for ultimate relaxation. At night, extterior lighting transforms the garden into a true paradise under the stars, inviting you to extend the gentle summer evenings.

To the west side of the garden, a multi-sport ground offers activities such as volleyball, basketball, and pétanque (boule balls), and a trampoline
