Take a refreshing dip in the 3.5 x 3.5 metre chlorine pool with a depth range of 1 to 1.85 metres. You can sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or read a book under the umbrella while the little ones play in the pool. You can also have a vermouth at the table next to the pool. The house also has a large and well-kept garden, full of corners where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Next to the house, there is a large porch with a ping pong table, darts and petanque where you can enjoy meals and dinners in the open air. It also includes a relaxation area with a sofa and two armchairs where you can have a coffee after lunch. There is also a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The house of 240 m2 is distributed over a single floor. It has a very cosy and practical style, with all the comforts to enjoy a quiet holiday. On entering, we find the living-dining room, with a rustic and country style, which will make you feel at home. You can watch the Smart TV with satellite channels or a movie on the DVD player. The dining table seats up to 6 people. Next is the kitchen, which is independent and has a gas cooker and coffee machine of various types (electric, Italian, Melita), dishwasher and electric oven as well as all the utensils necessary for holiday cooking. In this house you can rest in three bedrooms, all of them with wardrobes, low consumption radiators and AC. One has a double bed and TV, while the other two have two single beds. The house has a bathroom with double shower and double washbasin, and another bathroom with shower which can be accessed from the outside of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also at your disposal. Finally, the house has a laundry room equipped for bicycles where you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is heating in all the rooms.

The house is located in Pollença, a beautiful village with agreat history. You can get lost through its streets, visit "El Calvario" and melt with locals at the village square, as well as taste the local cuisine at one of its great restaurants. Puerto de Pollensa is the nearest beach, with fine sand and crystalline waters, but you can also visit the nearby Cala Sant Vicent. It is also a ideal place for hikers and cycling lovers. I you like golf, there is a course very near, only 4 km away.
