Villa Meraviglia: villa with wonderful view on the sea in Porto ErcoleThe villa is located in Porto Ercole, on the Argentario, a very characteristic place: an island connected to the mainland by three strips of land. Enjoys an absolutely breath-taking panorama: the blue of the sky is reflected in the blue of the sea and highlights the green of the Mediterranean scrub.The place, an ancient fishing village, is now a popular destination for recreational craft, together with the adjacent marina of Cala Galera. The bay, which overlooks the town is dominated by two Spanish forts of the sixteenth century and the old village, castled on a promontory.The villa is situated less than a kilometer from the village of Porto Ercole and is surrounded by a park of 5000 square meters. It is located on the beach of Viste, reached via two stone stairs that descend on opposite sides of the property.The villa provides a view that encompasses the Feniglia beach, the promontory of Ansedonia, the island, the Avoltore head and the La Rocca fort.Villa descriptionThe villa is built on two levels, to accommodate the natural slope of the land.It is reached by a entry road lined with cypress trees leading to the parking lot.Large terraces surround the house, creating space for staying in the open air. Lots of space for relaxation can also be found in the park, where pine, rosemary, oleanders and agaves characterize the landscape.

The villa is on two floors and can accommodate up to 10 people.
The heart of the villa is the large living room with a fireplace and a small patio with green plants. It is furnished with several comfortable sofas and a large dining table for twelve people.
Outside the shady terrace for outdoor dining can accommodate for as many people.
Close to the dining area there is the fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, refrigerator-wine cellar, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
From the living room two small flights of stairs lead to three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.
From the living room a staircase leads to the lower floor which includes:
- a double bedroom with walk-in closet;
- a bedroom with a double bed (cm 140x190);
- a triple bedroom;
- three bathrooms (a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a half bathroom).

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; change of bed linen and towels every 5 days (except in stays of a week); garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
heating consumption; firewood (kg.100) € 15,00; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 2,00 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights (children under 14 years old exempted). Pets not allowed.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 1.000,00

Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.
