Beautiful villa is based on 3 floors.
Higher ground floor is the resting area with living room,large kitchen,winter terrace with indoor fireplace,garage, bathroom and a large open terrace with large dining table and a stunning view of the sea-Banjole's bay and natural suroundings. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroms. Each bedroom has balcony and view of the sea.
From the outdoor terrace a staircase is leading to the garden area where is the large pool with jacuzzi and large sunbathing area with deckchairs. There is outside grill area and a place for relaxing. On the ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms each one with private bathroom, air condition, SAT TV. There is also game room with billiard, darts and table soccer.
The garden area is walled and safe for children.

Cómo llegar
Following the highway to Pula, you need to take the last exit (Pula south). After toll charge just follow the highway towards Medulin and Premantura. You need to cross 5 roundabouts and follow the road sings to Banjole. When you aproach villlage of Banjole there is a large supermarket and a gas station to your right side.You go left on the roundabout then right on the second roundabout. You have now entered Banjole. Just follow the road for around 1 km and at the end is mandatory turning right where you take sharp right turn and you need to pass in between the church (to your left) and school (to your right). At the end of the road after 300 meters is your future holiday house.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus in Banjole / Amazing vacation home in Banjole
Uns hat dieses Haus wunderbar gefallen. Das ganze Haus war von oben bis unten blitzblank geputzt, die Küche war gut eingerichtet, und Ivan war freundlich und leicht erreichbar. Die Kinder wollten das Haus kaum verlassen, da es endlose Spiel- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten dort gab. (Sie haben sogar geschwommen, doch für die Erwachsene war es im Mai noch zu kalt!) Die Lage des Hauses ist super, mit Blick auf eine nahegelegene Bucht. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Pula aber auch in wenigen Minuten in dem bildhübschen Kamenjak Nationalpark. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und war eher schöner als erwartet. Sehr netter Vermieter, der sehr schnell reagiert. Tolle Lage des Hauses. Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen und werden gerne wieder hierher kommen.
Toller Urlaub
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus. Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsen, 2 Kindern, 1 Baby und 2 Hunden angereist. Uns wurde ein Babybett sowie ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Haus, Pool und Garten ist sauber, großräumig und sehr gepflegt. Vielen Dank fur diesen tollen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Great venue for a large family holiday
The pictures on the website - the view overlooking the bay, in particular - are very accurate. The balcony is a tremendous place to eat at both ends of the day. The rooms were all clean, spacious, and well maintained. Plenty of bars and eating-out options within walking distance. You would need a car, though, to visit lovely places such as Labin, Rovinj, Bale as well as the nearby Pula.
Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Wir waren 14 Tage mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Hunden da. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Wir wurden freundlich von Herrn Ribic empfangen und fühlten uns gleich wie zuhause. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt, auch mit den drei Hunden gab es keine Probleme. Herr Ribic war uns bei allen Fragen und Problemen behilflich.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in Traumlage!
Ein wunderschönes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus in Traumlage mit sehr schönem Poolbereich. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Meer liegt fußläufig nur ein paar hundert Meter vom Haus weg. Auch liegen sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe, welche zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Unsere Vermieter, die Familie Ribic waren sehr aufmerksame, freundliche Gastgeber die alles daran setzten, einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen ohne die Privatsphäre zu stören. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen.

Der Meerblick vom Balkon aus ist wirklich super. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Haus, Swimmingpool und Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Wir konnten dort wirklich entspannen. Was man vielleicht wissen sollte: Im 1. Stock liegen 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, ein weiteres Badezimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und im Untergeschoss finden sich weitere 2 Schlaf- und 3 Badezimmer. Das Untergeschoss ist ganz neu und modern ausgebaut. Es hat eine Sauna, einen Billard- und Kickerraum und einen direkten Zugang zum Garten.
Frühlingsferien Blütentraum
Wir waren 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenies und ein Hund. Das Haus, Pool, Service war super! Aussicht etc. wie auf den Bildern. In der Nähe sind verschiedene Restaurants aber auch selber kochen geht bestens da wirklich alles vorhanden ist. Einziges Manko sind die Betten bzw. Decken. Aber das ist persönliche Präferenz. Auch ein kleines Problem mit dem Warmwasser wurde umgehend gelöst. Wir können das Haus und unseren Gastgeber bedenkenlos empfehlen.
Wunderschöne 2 Wochen
Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar. Kleine Probleme wurden umgehend beseitigt. Der Pool ist für Kinder perfekt. In der Umgebung ist für jeden etwas dabei (Wandern, Radfahren, Strand). Restaurant Sidro ist sehr gut. Es war eine schöne Zeit.
Ser Gut
Das Haus sah genauso aus wie auf denn Bildern! Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vorallem der Pool! Restaurants waren alle sehr nah dran. Für Kinder ist es dort auch perfekt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!!

Wunderschön und erholsam
Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Vermieter ist super nett, perfektes Englisch. Ein Nachteile: Zum linken Nachbarn gibt es im vorderen Bereich keinen Zaun, nur ein ca. 1,5m tiefes Gefälle , wenn man mit einem jungen, neugierigen Hund dort Urlaub macht, muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Höhe kein Problem darstellt. Mit dem Hund kann man, hinten raus, zwischen den Häusern runter Richtung Meer gehen, dort ist eine kleine Hundezone. Zum schwimmen allerdings nicht geeignet, da dort die Einheimischen ihre Boote „parken“, aber zur Hundabkühlung super. Es gibt super tolle kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, zB. Konoba Sidro zu Fuß ca. 10 min.! Standtechnisch zu empfehlen Naturschutzgebiet Kamenjak, da gibt es viele kleine Buchten. Und auch mit Hund kein Problem! Alles im Allen ein super Urlaub! Danke Ivan!
