Cómo llegar
From the motorway to Pula take the exit for Vodnjan (Brijuni Islands)… then drive another 10 km along the main road (passing by 3 petrol station on the left hand side)… when you reach to the 3rd petrol station, on the round about, turn right in the direction of Fazana (Brijuni)… Drive another 1 km and turn left towards Stinjan… after 500 meters you will arrive at Smrikve Lounge Villa.

Familienurlaub zum Geburtstag in wunderschönem Haus mit Garten, Pool, Whirlpool etc.
Mimi und Chin sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die immer das Wohl Ihrer Gäste in den Vordergrund stellen. Einer von den Beiden war für uns immer erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle. Die sehr komfortable und luxuriöse Ausstattung der Villa SMRIKVE lOUNGE mit Pool, Jacuzzi und Infrarotkabine ist sehr gelungen. Die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Dazu sind Ausstattungen und Details mit bedacht gewählt und platziert. Das Zentrum des Hauses im Erdgeschosses mit offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit großen Fensterfronten zum Garten hin wirken sehr einladend und fast schon herrschaftlich. Toll war auch unmittelbar am Hausgrundstück Tennis spielen zu können. Meine Familie und ich waren wunschlos glücklich und können das Haus und die Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen.

Erholung pur
Wie schon seit vielen Jahren haben wir auch dieses Jahr den Aufenthalt in Mio´s Haus genossen. Perfekt für eine große Familie, jedes Jahr neu eine angenehme Erfahrung, wie nett und gastfreundlich Mio und seine Gattin sind. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt, alles super gepflegt, der direkte Zugang zum Tennis Court und auch die stete Verfügbarkeit sind wirklich toll. Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Home Away From Home
We stayed at the Smrikve Lounge for the first time in 2022 when my daughter competed at the Smrikva Bowl tennis tournament. We had the most wonderful stay three years ago, and it was our dream to come back again someday. The dream turned into reality, and we had another amazing time. It is a magical place filled with tennis dreams. Each room in the Smrikve Lounge is designed around the four major tennis Grand Slams. The house is extremely clean and safe. The lavender and olive trees surrounding the house were so beautiful. The pool was so relaxing for my daughter after a day of playing tennis on three of the nicest clay tennis courts. Pula and Fazana have wonderful restaurants and places to visit. Thank you Mio for being a great host and becoming a great mentor and friend to us.

Wonderful week in Pula in this luxury 5 stars Villa *****
We stayed for one week in Villa Smrikve Lounge during Smrikva Bowl end of June. The villa has been recommended to us from past player and friends. And the Smrikve Lounge Villa was beyond our expectations! Everything was perfect. We have been welcomed (very late due to airport issue) by Mio, the owner, with a big smile and a nice tour of the Villa. My son is a tennis lover, and we must say this was a dream house for him. Each room representing a Grand Slam ! The house was very clean. This contemporary villa is bright and sunny. Lovely garden with beautiful olive trees and a very nice swimming pool. This cozy villa is perfectly located, close to the Centre, the beach, and near grocery shops. Our son loved to table tennis next to the swimming pool and we loved the view on the courts and lavender fields !

Hard to forget
We stayed there for tennis family week, but it turned out to be one of the best week we had with my daughter. The villa is fully furnitured, we have everything we needed, and also shared with 3 more families. It was so cozy that we as 4 strangers became friends at the end of the week. We really missed our villa already

Great for families & sports lovers
The facility is new and well made, spacious and full of tennis souvenirs from great players. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and had great time playing tennis and table tennis.

Als Tennismannschaft verbrachten wir mit unseren Familien eine Woche bei Mio und seiner Familie.
Es war eine traumhafte Woche, die alles hatte, was man sich unter einem Trainingslager vorstellen konnte.
Die Unterkünfte waren super, auch für eine größere Gruppe geeignet, die Plätze waren gut und der Charme der Anlage mit seinen Geschichten ist für jeden Tennisspieler unübertroffen. Mio selbst tut alles um einen die Tage zu genießen. Seine Stories über die Anlage und die Spieler, die hier bereits gespielt haben sind wahnsinnig spannend.
Es war eine traumhafte Woche, die alles hatte, was man sich unter einem Trainingslager vorstellen konnte.

dream vacation
We were looking for a house for our vacation with our children and found a dream here. Mio gave us a very warm welcome and showed us the house in detail and explained all the important things. His many stories about the house and tennis, which is very present here, were also nice. We also played on the tennis court. No matter whether it was the kitchen, the rooms, the dining area, the beautiful garden or the pool. Everything was perfect. There is still so much to tell. We hope that one day we can make it back to Mio and his family and have a great time. Thank you for everything and maybe see you soon.

Perfect as ever
As the last 5 years it was again a perfect holiday! Everything is in best condition, if something does not work (which rarely happens) Miodrag is at the moment available to solve the problem. House, Pool, Tenniscourt, everything ist pretty clean. Mio complied with all our special wishes always friendly an promptly. Also the region itself with all the nice cities and different beaches ist worth to be seen.

Smrikve Lounge Villa was Beautiful and Convenient!
This was our first time in Croatia and we loved every part of our stay. Our son participated in the Smrikva Bowl. The Villa was next to the tennis courts. We could sit on the balcony and watch tennis, which we all enjoyed. We loved the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and hammock in the backyard. The house was modern and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There were several restaurants close, which we enjoyed. The owners were kind to bring us eggs, fresh vegetables and rosemary from their garden. Mio and Chin were amazing hosts. Thank you again for this experience and a lifetime of wonderful memories.

Amazing stay at tennis paradise
We just finished our stay in this fantastic villa. Everything was excellent from its location which is next to the tennis courts and close to the city center to its facilities.
The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and table tennis made our stay a joy and the mature garden is so nice you just want to stay and enjoy. The villa has a nice modern design and everything about it was excellent. We strongly recommend it and cant wait to go back!

Wir lieben die Villa Smrikve!
Wir durften im Oktober zu Gast, mit unseren Hunden in der Villa Smrikve sein. Mio ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer bemüht ist und sich um alles kümmert. Er ist stets zur Stelle und kennt sich super auch mit der Umgebung aus. Unsere Hunde waren willkommen und hatten einen riesigen Garten zum Toben! Der Garten ist wunderschön, gepflegt und lädt zum Träumen ein. Der Whirlpool ist ein richtiges Highlight. Die Villa bietet viel Platz, ist sauber und gepflegt! Direkt nebenan ist der Tennisplatz, den man mitbenutzen darf und man kann, vom Penthouse aus, Matches beobachten. Alles ist schnell und einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg (circa 3. Minuten mit dem Auto), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, circa 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Una semana de relax y cultura en Istria
Villa Smrikve Lounge es una casa de lujo para pasar unos dias estupendos en una campina silenciosa e idilica, rodeada de olivos y de lavanda. La casa ofrece buen gusto, comodidad, espacio y limpieza impecable. Jardin con piscina y un jacuzzi! La cocina tiene todo lo necesario, con lavaplatos, lavadora, plancha, etc. Buena conexion a internet y facilidad de aparcamiento.
Nos gusto ver a los turistas jugando en pistas de tenis bien cuidadas.
Todo excelente y muy recomendable!

Perfekter Urlaub
Berits zum 5 Mal konnten wir wieder die äußerst freundliche und menschliche Art von Miodrag und seiner Gattin genießen. Unsere Familie mit insgesamt 12 Personen inkl. kleiner Kinder genoss die Villa und dank Mio´s Flexibilität auch ein Apartment im Haupthaus. Sogar für Freunde fand sich noch in der 2 Woche ein Appartment. Es gibt keine Frage oder Bitte, die Mio nicht lösen oder erfüllen kann. Die Gegend um Pula und die Ausflugsziele zB. Porec oder Rovinj sind super erreichbar, das Freizeitangebot der Region ist perfekt für alle Altersgruppen. Wir werden sicher nächstes Jahr wieder Mio und seine Familie besuchen.

Perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub in Pula
Die Villa steht auf einem großzügigen Grundstück in geprägt von Olivenbäumen und Lavendelsträuchern in der Nähe von Pula und dem Meer (in wenigen Min erreichbar) in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der anliegende Tennisplatz kann gegen geringe Gebühr genutzt werden. Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Villa ist fanatisch und bietet jede Menge Platz in gepflegten, lichtdurchfluteten Räumen. Alles hochwertig ausgestattet und vollklimatisiert. Im Garten findet sich ein schöner Grillplatz sowie der schöne Pool, Whirlpool und die Sauna. Alles perfekt durchdacht für einen erholsamen Urlaub.Mio ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit und nett. Der selbsthergestellte Smrikve Wein und das Olivenöl schmecken hervorragend und runden das Angebot vor Ort ab. Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub! Danke Mio!

Like every year it was a pleasure to stay 14 days in the Smrikve lounge. Beautiful rooms super clean and great location. Through the pool, the location next to the beach and the tennis courts there are many ways to injoy your time differently.

Perfect tennis camp
We really enjoyed our stay in Mio house. Everything was perfect. We were the group tennis players, we used the courts next to the house and we were extremely satisfied. In the house you find many tennis memories, you can read many interesting books and after hard training day you can simply jump in whirpool or pool. Mio and his father are really nice person, helpful, carrying and they made our tennis holiday more comfortable.

An amazing place to be with a perfect host. Thanks again to Chin and Mio for the kind way to give us any supporting help or advice to make our stay even more pleasant. Even learning some words in Mandarin (Chinese) language was a nice experience (especially for Peter / Pe'ta / Tsunami).

Wieder ein perfekter Urlaub
Nachdem es uns im letzten Jahr so gut gefallen hat, haben wir auch in diesem Jahr wieder unseren Urlaub in der Villa Smrikve Lounge verbracht. Es war wieder alles perfekt, außer dass die Zeit viel zu schnell vergangen ist! In der Villa ist alles da was man braucht, Mio ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, das Gemüse von Mio's Garten schmeckt sehr lecker, der Garten mit Pool und Whirlpool ist ein Traum und die Tennisanlage gleich daneben!
Vielen Dank Mio und nochmal sorry an deinen Cousin wegen der Bootstour, die nicht stattfinden konnte!
Die holen wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch nach!

Summer break
Mio is a first class host, matched by the quality of the villa and the facilities. We did not hire a car but found David and Sylvia taxi service also to be first class. The weekly taxi cost was far cheaper than hiring a large car/mini van.

Smrikva Lounge-Amazing and Special
The Smrikva lounge was absolutely amazing. My family stayed there to have our daughter (Nadia) play in the prestigious Smrikva Bowl for the worlds best junior tennis players. It was our first time to Europe, and Mio made our stay in Croatia simply amazing.
The Smrikva Lounge was like living in a tennis fairy tale. If you are a tennis enthusiast, it is a dream come true. The bedrooms are inspired by the four major professional tennis tournaments, and the house is filled with amazing tennis memorabilia. It has world class amenities including a hot tub, pool and stunning architecture.
The olive and lavender trees are so beautiful. Thank you Mio and Chin for making our stay so special.

Quiet and pleasant place to stay
I had the pleasure to stay 1 week in Wimbledon room. Spacious, clean and with all the necessary facilities that you can find in an excellent hotel. Kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is amazing. If you are a tennis fan you can enjoy the Smirkve Tennis Club with direct access from the garden. What really makes this place uniq are the people that take care of it. Mio and his family are amazing people!

Beautiful 7 days in beautiful accommodation with wonderful hosts.
My daughter and I are delighted with the hospitality, cleanliness and content on offer and we can sincerely recommend everyone to come.
The villa is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stress-free stay, we combined the arrival with tennis training, met new wonderful friends and made new acquaintances and if we could we would give a higher grade than 5 :-)

Wonderful week with tennis
My son and I spent a wonderful week in the Villa Smrikve Lounge which we shared with two other families. A beautiful spacious house with well-kept garden with lawn and trees where you find everything you need to get relaxed and recharge batteries. Next door are three tennis courts with artificial lightning, which give an option to play later in the evening. Pula and the coast with beaches are few minutes away and this location is very quiet. Mio and his family are very warm and friendly, perfect hosts ready to fullfil your wishes. The sign written on a collumn in front of the house is nothing but the truth : May all who come as guest leave as friends. I hope we will return...

Ostern mit Tennis und Pool
Zusammen mit der Familie meines Bruders konnten wir mit unseren Kindern eine wunderbare Osterwoche in dieser schönen und perfekt gepflegten Villa mit Pool verbringen. Perfect for our tennis holiday
We travelled to Smrikve Lounge with our 16 yr old so he could have a week of tennis coaching at the Smrikve club next door. The villa is beautiful with every need catered for. We were able to relax in the pool, sauna or jacuzzi, or simply lounge on one of the sun decks, whilst watching and listening to our son playing tennis. Perfect location too for a tired tennis player to decamp at the end of a day on court and splash in the pool. Mio and his wife are the perfect hosts and put you at your ease immediately. They were able to recommend some lovely local restaurants where we enjoyed some authentic Croatia cooking. An added bonus on our last day was to be able to watch the annual olive harvest on the grounds. Fascinating. We will definitely be back. Thankyou.

Das sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Haus sowie der Garten mit Pool, Whirlpool und Tischtennis ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist und die Tennisplätze nebenan mit Zugang vom Garten sind für Tennisspieler ein absoluter Traum.
Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und doch ist alles sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.
Der sehr freundliche und nette Besitzer wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit zur Stelle, wenn man was braucht und wir bekamen frisches Gemüse von seinem Garten.

Perfect family holiday
We joined Mio´s villa for the third time. As expected everything was perfect arranged, all whishes we ordered before came true. Mio ist an extremely friendly host, every wish and question that occurs is fulfilled/solved in between a few hours. The villa is a perfect accomodation for a family up to 8 persons, several beaches are near enough, a lot of different attractions and the city of Pula also only 5 to 10 minutes away by car. Nevertheless the location of the viila provides completely private space, also perfect, if you have animals with you. The tenniscourt attached to the garden with private entry is also a perfect goodie. You definitely get the best for the money you pay!

Mi casa e su casa
We stayed from 10th till 17th july in the Smrikve lounge. Every second was a pleasure to stay. The villa has everything you want and even more for a pleasant stay. But not only the villa with swimming and whirlpool, sauna, tabletennis, tennisfacilities and all equipment was great, the kindness of the whole family of Miodrag and all of his knowledgement about the region made it complete. We came as guests and left as friends.

Nur zum empfehlen!
Vorne weg, die Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt für uns. Ein Badezimmer pro Schlafzimmer macht den Trip um einiges angenehmer & das Haus ist groß genug, dass man zu acht nicht aufeinander hockt, auch wenn man mal ein paar Tage die kompletten Vorzüge von Pool, Jacuzzi & Sauna direkt Zuhause ausnutzen möchte. Die Küche mit zwei Kühlschränken ist groß genug um jeden Tag gemeinsam zu kochen & die anliegenden Tennisplätze sind für begeisterte Tennisspieler sicherlich die Krönung.
Zudem nochmal ein ganz großes Dankeschön, an unseren Vermieter Mio, der uns so herzlich Willkommen hieß & falls es uns an etwas fehlte, sich sofort darum kümmerte.
Wie im Titel schon erwähnt, für Jeden zu empfehlen und für jeden Tennis-Fan gleich doppelt.

The host was super friendly and always there to help, when we needed it.
Never experienced a stay where you get such a nice service, including tomatoes, paprika, melons etc from their own garden.
Would absolutely recommend, if you are looking for an unforgettable stay in Pula.

Perfect relax vacation
Mio and his family are the perfect hosts. The house with Sauna, Jacuzi, swimming pool was magnificent. We enjoyed it a lot. All the social distance Corona measures were respected.

Nous avons passé 7 nuits au Smirkwe Lounge: séjour magnifique dans une villa idéale pour des vacances à la fois relaxantes et intéressantes. La villa elle même est extrêmement bien équipée et confortable.. il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire pour une famille: cuisine bien équipée, machines pour vaisselle et lessive. Les chambres et les lits très confortables. Die Villa hat eine super Lage. Wirklich alles ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Metzger oder Bäcker. (Bäcker auch zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad von vor Ort)
Die ersten Steinstrände liegen den Berg runter in ca. 1,5km Entfernung.
Das Dorf Fazana ist zum Essen und spazieren gehen absolut zu empfehlen. 10 Min Auto
Zur Villa gibt es nur eins zu sagen. " Einfach Spitze"
Sie ist super sauber, toll eingerichtet, sehr groß und stilvoll.
An Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten mangelt es durch den Whirlpool, Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Grill und Lounge wirklich nicht.
Kleinere Mängel wurden von Mio sofort behoben.

Top quality holiday in Istria
We had an amazing holiday in a top quality facility - with swimming pool, tennis courts and air conditioning.
We found the house superclean, the countriside surrounding the house unexpectedly magnificent, and the people very kind, friendly and helpful.
Sea can be reached easily from the house and the water is very clean. Pula is just minutes away - a very interesting Roman city, with a beatiful Roman arena.
Highly reccomended for family reunions or relaxing holidays with friends.
Difficult to find comparable quality in Croatia in my experience.

We joined this location for a second time, because as frequent travvellers to Croatia we know a lot of vacation homes and this was the best we´ve ever had. It fulfills all wishes you may have: privacy, perfect interior configuration, near to the capital city of the region Pula with perfect infrastructure, perfect and cheap tenniscourt next to the house, nearby the sea with a lot of amenities and - at the top of the list - a superfriendly and helpful landlord who is able to solve all your problems. Overall we where just in touch with the dream of a perfect holiday!

Serenity of a true Istrian experience
The Lounge is a beautiful modern accomodation in Stinjan near Pula. The house is spacious with contemporary design. It is situated in a serene village of Stinjan surrounded by greenery, offering a wonderful swimming pool and jacuzzi and a yard in the shadow of birch trees.
The large kitchen is convenient for cooking and indoor/outdoor eating. You can also look up some of the cozy taverns nearby.
It is a great place to stay with friends, as it is offering accomodation for a larger group.
The Lounge is conveniently placed close to Smrikve Bowl tennis courts, excellent for tennis enthusiasts. The beaches of the ever blue Adriatic Sea are at the arm's length. The hosts are at your disposal demonstrating a unique and warm hospitality. A place of a true Istrian experience!

Tennis paradise, spacious, friendly, beautiful soundings
We stayed in the villa as a family with 3 kids. The villa has all you need, its spacious, well cleaned, and a beautiful garden with impressive olive tree and lavandel plants. The overall impression are perfect. The owners took such a good care of us and helped us with all we needed. Very welcoming and friendly. 3 perfect maintained clay courts just next to the villa, a heaven for a tennis family! Everything sued least with the presentation of the villa. We went back super happy and will come back!

Exceptional week full of activity and superb relax
The Smrikve Lounge Villa is a modern, spacious home, full of natural light and with incredible surrounding. We enjoyed in fully equipped house with enough space to join with each other (central living room and kitchen) and also to have enough privacy.
There is plenty of opportunities to recreate directly on the property (tennis, table tennis, swimming pool, cycling) or to hike to the near beach (15 minutes walk).
The place is excellent starting point to discover heart of Istria with all natural, cultural and last but not least gastronomical specialties.
Highly recommend.

House with a heart
Great house, in a very nice area with beautiful surroundings. Clean, including all you need in a house. There is a pool, jacuzzi and sauna which give the feeling of that extra thing. When you stay here you have the feeling you are at home because every detail in it is well put. Owners of the house are very kind, helpful, treating every guest as a friend. My family can't wait to get there back again!

Perfect accommodation, very welcoming hosts
Comfortable, modernly equipped villa with outdoor pool, sun loungers, jacuzzi and sauna. Very clean and tidy interior and exterior space, equipped with all the necessary home appliances. The location of the object is very peaceful, the garden full of greenery is extremely suitable for enjoyment and rest. The hosts are very kind, at all times ready to provide the necessary help. Once you get here, you will always want to come back.

Location is wonderful, quiet and relaxing.

Outstanding
Smrikve Lounge is an outstanding holiday home that provides everything you need for a perfect vacation: a super clean, modern and well furnished home with a great AC, lots of (also shady) areas around the house to spend the day and evenings, a huge salt water pool, a well kept garden with olive trees and lots of lavender. The owners welcomed us very nicely and have great suggestions for trips and restaurants. Beaches are close by.
Both, our adults and youth loved to stay at this wonderful home and everyone wished we could have stayed longer! Hope to be back, soon!

Perfect Holiday!
We joined the lounge two weeks and were highly delighted about the perfect setting. House, pool, garden and espacially Miodrag, the owner - everything was perfect. Close to the garden the tennis court, not a bit annoying but extremely convenient for sport activities. Short distances to the nice city of Pula and others like Fazana or Rovinj. Also a nice feature is that pets - we had three dogs - are allowed. Summarized: we will join again!

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir haben erneut einen wunderschönen Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung gemacht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Vorort von Pula. Das sehr liebevoll, eingerichtete Haus, die sehr freundliche Art von Mio und seiner Familie hat uns einfach wieder begeistert. Es ist alles sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die angrenzenden Tennisplätze sind top gerichtet und man kann diese auch sehr günstig buchen.

Great active week in fabulous accomodation
The Villa Smrikve Lounge is great accommodation. We spent a week there for three times, already. The accommodation is modern, spacious, full of light and equipped with taste. It is clean and provides all facilities needed. Spacious rooms with bathrooms, totally equipped kitchen and extremely pleasant surrounding with olive trees, lawn, swimming pool, bath tube and outside cooking facilities (barbecue).
Everybody finds activity thats suits: playing tennis, jogging, hiking to the beach (15 min walk), cycling, swimming...
Thanks again to great host Miodrag and his family that is very nice and helpful.
Can't wait to meet and be there again.

Beautiful, Modern House Conveniently Located
Smrikva Lounge is a world-class, 5 star accommodation which is clean, modern and spacious. With a kitchen and living room, the house's uniqueness is the tennis themed bedrooms, each of which focuses on one of the tennis Grand Slams. The bedrooms are comfortable with space, each with its own bathroom. The second floor balcony is large with sofas overlooking the Smrikva Tennis Club next door. The large backyard has a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, ping pong table and around 20 olive trees. Covering the backyard is well kept grass and plants. Smrikva Lounge is within minutes driving from the beach, fine restaurants and the city center. The hosts are friendly, very accommodating, and strive to make the visitors' stay the best possible. Overall, high recommended and a must stay!

If you are a tennis player is the perfect place, but if not you can take a rest in the fantastic swimmingpool, or relax in the jacuzzi.
The house is perfect for families. It has everything you need. It is very clean and very comfortable and safe for children.
It is very close to the center of Pula, but surrounded by nature, which makes the feeling of relaxation total.
There are several supermarkets nearby, and it is very easy to make visits as to the Brioni Islands, discover many beautiful beaches and especially the Pula Arena
Totally recommended, we will certainly return.
