COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION

Free cancellation of reservation stay will be granted to guests in the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions:
- closure of the border of the country of the Guest, or closure of the Croatian border, for tourist trips (border closure restriction must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)
- in the event of a new wave of pandemic in the Guest’s home country or in Croatia, if Governments declare a state of pandemic and lockdown / quarantine of all citizens (officially declared pandemic state must be applied onto the part or the whole reservation stay period)

If there is a `recommendation` from a state official not to travel to Croatia, this will not be considered a valid reason to cancel free of charge.
There must be a law prohibiting travel to Croatia, not just a “recommendation”.

If your resident country, or if Republic of Croatia, will require negative tests or mandatory vaccination for travel, we cannot be responsible for such laws. It is the guest's responsibility to comply with Croatian laws, and with laws of his resident country.

Travel warnings or marking Istria/Croatia as the `red zone`, etc. will also not be considered a reason for the refund. However, in this case we might consider a voucher for the 2023 season. We cannot be responsible if anyone in the guest group gets a positive test result for Covid-19 or new variants of the virus (before the trip or during the stay). Therefore, the travellers in your group should consider insurance that covers such cases
