Villa with private pool in the countryside of the Itria Valley, between Ostuni and Carovigno, perfect for a family vacation.

The villa, renovated and tastefully furnished, enjoys large and bright spaces. The entrance opens onto the living area where there is a double sofa bed, a console and a TV. Next to it is the independent kitchen, equipped with every convenience including an oven and toaster, and a dining table, while the sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower. From the living room, through a French-window, there is access to the veranda furnished with an additional dining table.

The outdoor spaces, perfect for a moment of relaxation in the open air, have a garden surrounded by olive trees, which frame a private swimming pool with deck chairs and gazebo. A bathroom with shower serving the pool area will be available for guests.

Free wifi, air conditioning in the living room and heating with heat pump will be available in the villa.

Guests will benefit from two outdoor parking slots inside the property.

“Surrounded by the lush green of the trees planted on slopes”, the town of Carovigno is part of northern Salento, in the province of Brindisi, and is a famous center of olive oil production. The Castle of Carovigno bears the name of the city in which the ancient Carbina was built, and like all fortified monuments it’s the highest part of the area while underground it’s possible to visit the “dungeons” used as cells and cellars. Worth visiting is the historic centre with its four proud towers, three of which are still standing. Not far away there are the churches of the town: the mother church dedicated to the Assunta and the “Chiesa del Carmine', with frescoes from the XVIII century. The city of Carovigno hosts every year the “Press Tour Carovigno' which organizes guided tours, olive harvesting and tastings.

Brindisi Airport is a 35-minute drive away, while Bari International Airport is 120 km away.
