Relax on the main terrace with a 32 sqm heated swimming pool and sun loungers while enjoying the view of the Adriatic Sea. An outdoor shower is available for your convenience. The covered terrace area provides a shaded seating area, ideal for outdoor dining while soaking in the magnificent views.
On the ground floor, you'll find the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area, and living room. From here, you have access to the pool terrace and unparalleled views of the sea. A bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine, complete the ground floor. The open-plan living room features a spacious sofa, armchairs, a rocking chair, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace.
The first floor houses two spacious bedrooms with queen-size double beds and integrated bathrooms with shower, washbasin, and separate toilet. These rooms also provide access to the terrace and offer splendid views of the sea and the mountains.
The third bedroom on the second floor boasts an en-suite bathroom and access to a balcony and a large rooftop terrace with impressive views of the sea, the mountains, and sunsets.
