On the ground floor there is a very spacious living/dining area with adjacent open kitchen.
In front of it there is a large covered terrace with BBQ.
Through floor-to-ceiling windows you can enjoy the view of the fantastic terrace with the overflow pool in front. Furthermore there is a guest toilet on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (each with access to the terrace/pool).
In the upper floor you find 2 further bedrooms and bathrooms as well as another very beautiful and spacious terrace with sea view.
The pool with modern overflow technology and alarm system measures 10,90 x 4,50 m.

Toller Blick, auch seitlich zum Meer. Sehr großezügige Raumaufteilung. Jedes Bad mit einer sehr großen Dusche ausgestattet.
Waren für den täglichen Bedarf sind alle im Ort erhältlich.
Schönes geräumiges Domizil
Weniger gut hat uns die steile Zufahrt zum Haus gefallen sowie der Zugang von der Garage zum Haus. Dieser gleicht einer Baustelle d.h. nicht fertige Wände und Treppen und die Garage voller Baumaterialien sowie starkem Benzin/Dieselgeruch.
Als besonders positiv empfanden wir die freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausmeisterfamilie Arnault, die zwischendurch nach dem Rechten gesehen hat, aber sonst wenig anwesend war.

Zu dem von Ihnen bemängelten Dieselgeruch haben wir den Eigentümer befragt. Dieser teilte uns mit, das wohl eine Reparatur an seinem Fahrzeug in der Garage durchgeführt wurde und dabei etwas Diesel auf den Boden der Garage ausgelaufen ist. Die Flüssigkeit wurde ordnungsgemäß beseitigt, der Geruch verblieb jedoch noch für einige Tage. Insofern ist dies kein dauerhafter Zustand und es gibt auch keine Ölheizung o.ä. im Haus die einen Dieselgeruch verströmen würde. Dies nur als zusätzliche Information.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie unser Angebot an Villen im Golf von St. Tropez auch für zukünftige Urlaubsplanungen wieder berücksichtigen würden.

Saisonstart mit Stil
Die Villa liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier in den Hügeln und weil wir meistens Wetterglück hatten, konnten wir unser Frühstück mit sehr schönem Ausblick geniessen (man sieht sogar ganz leicht das Meer). Die Villa bzw. der Ort Les Issambres liegt zwischen Marseille und Nizza uns war für uns somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in beide Richtungen.
Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und für uns war es ein Saisonstart mit Stil!

Einrichtung ohne Mangel. Kann man nur empfehlen. Pool sauber.
Wir werden dahin zurück gehen.
Ein ruhiges Stück vom Paradies
Der Eindruck vor Ort ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern.
Die Besitzer Herr und Frau Arnaud waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.
Die Übergabe am Anfang und am Ende war sehr einfach, speditiv und hilfreich.
Sie standen während des Aufenthaltes per SMS jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung
und Herr Arnaud meldete sich auch bei Halbzeit spontan mit der Frage, ob alles in Ordnung sei.
Er war jeweils an Werktagen nur über Nacht in der unteren Wohnung, wobei wir weder sein Kommen noch sein Gehen je bemerkten.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet und der Garten in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand.
Somit können wir das Haus und die Vermieter gerne weiter empfehlen.
Super Urlaub
Wir waren vollends zufrieden der Pool war sauber und wurde während des Aufenthaltes nochmals gereinigt.
Nachteil: in der Küche fehlen Küchenhandtücher.
Wir freuen uns, das Sie einen schönen Urlaub in der "Villa Perdrix" verlebt haben und alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit war.
Der Eigentümer ist um den Pflegezustand des Anwesens stets sehr bemüht und für Anregungen zu Verbesserungen immer dankbar. Insofern haben wir Ihren Hinweis bezüglich der fehlenden Küchenhandtücher gerne weitergeleitet.
