Villa Villa Mazzaforno a Cefalù en Cefalù, Sicily

Wonderful villa just a few steps away from the beach and the crystal-clear waters of Cefalù.

The villa, which spreads over two levels and an annex, welcomes guests from a large garden full of palm and olive trees. The bright living room features a set of armchairs with a coffee table and a dining table, which directly overlooks the veranda where a second dining table is placed. The independent kitchen is well equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a kettle. The sleeping area of the ground floor consists of two bedrooms both fitted with a queen-size bed each, TV and nightstands. A bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub complete the ground floor. A staircase located in the living room leads to the upper level where there is a terrace with a sea view and a reading corner with sofa. The third bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed, is located in the annex with independent access and a bathroom.
The jewel of the villa is the immense outdoor space full of greenery, complete with outdoor furniture and a private pool with deck chairs.
At guests’ disposal amenities such as the air conditioning throughout the accommodation, the independent heating for colder days and the free wi-fi.

The swimming pool is open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September.
*Exceeding the consumption of 200kwh per week inclusive, a fee of €1 per kwh will be charged.

The wonderful city of Cefalù offers one of the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. For an excursion with a sea view, do not miss the Rocca di Cefalù, also known as “U Castieddu” by the locals, a beautiful fortress whose top houses the ruins of the medieval castle. The coast of Cefalù comes with marvelous crystal clear waters and golden beaches for fun and relaxation, in a Mediterranean climate where to breathe clear air.

Palermo airport is around 100 km away from the apartment.
