The spacious Villa Nea Leona offers you a comfortable holiday only 100 meters away from the nearest beach. The Villa consists of three floors that spread on over 180 square meters and can acomodate a maximum od 12 guests. Each floor consists of one apartment which is ideal for a relaxing stay with family and friends offering them them privacy at the same time. Each Apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen and kitchen utensils, a living room, a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each apartment has its ovn balcony with sitting area and sea view. The guests have a private tavern with BBQ, kitchen and sitting area and a private pool with sunbeds on theire disposal.

In the event of the guest canceling the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
Reservation cancellations notified 30 or more days before arrival: pre-payment will be reimbursed
Reservation cancellations between 29 days and on the arrival day or no show: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged (the only possibility to get the money back is a travel insurance).
The handling charges of €50.00 will be deducted from the payout which needs to be returned to the guests. If the payout amount to be returned to the guest is less than €50.00, the guest will not receive any refund.
The cancellation date is considered to be the day when the cancellation notice has been received (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be considered the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, Euro Tours keeps the total reservation amount.
These conditions are valid from 02/24/2023. For reservations made before 24.2.2023. The conditions applied are the ones made on the booked day until 24.02.2023.

Drei Generationen verbrachten eine "heiße" Woche in der schönen Villa Marin. Jeder hatte ausreichend Privatsphäre, und abends versammelten wir uns alle um den großen Tisch auf der Terrasse, genossen die atemberaubende Aussicht und das Zirpen der Zikaden. Die Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer war abends ein wahrer Genuss und machte die Hitze in der Nacht erträglich. Nenad und Vredana sind wunderbare und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die jederzeit bereit sind, Fragen zu beantworten. Die hohe Qualität der Einrichtung und die Sauberkeit des gesamten Anwesens sind besonders hervorzuheben. Tipp: Wenn Sie das Auto zu Hause lassen möchten, können Sie für etwa 12 € eine Uber-Fahrt hin und zurück in die Stadt Trogir nehmen (das vermeidet auch die steile Auffahrt �).

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und hat direkten Zugang zum Meer. Ein erstklassiger Salzwasserpool mit Gegenstromanlage und Massagedüsen. Kinderfreundliche Treppen im beheizten Pool. Es gibt zahlreiche Liegeplätze in sehr bequemen Liegen, ausreichend natürlichen Schatten und Sonnenschirme. Von jedem Zimmer aus hat man einen Blick auf das Meer. Das voll klimatisierte Haus ist in allen Räumen sowie in der Küche und den zwei Badezimmern gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist erstklassig. Sitzgelegenheiten mit einem großen Tisch auf der Terrasse unter den Weinreben mit einem wunderbaren Blick über den Pool und das Meer. Das Gesamtdesign des Außenbereichs ist modern und mediterran. In zwei Minuten erreichen Sie die nächste Badebucht mit einem ebenen Zugang, aber es ist eigentlich nicht notwendig. Der Zugang zum Haus über enge Straßen ist mit einem großen Auto schwierig; besondere Fahrkünste sind mit einem Minibus erforderlich. Alles in allem ein Traumhaus am Meer.

Dies ist ein schönes und sehr komfortables Haus am Meer. Alles ist genau wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung. Das gesamte Erlebnis wird durch den freundlichen Gastgeber Nenad und seine wunderbare Familie ergänzt. Die Nachbarschaft ist schön und relativ ruhig. Das Zentrum mit seinen Restaurants und Geschäften ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann diesen Ort sehr empfehlen. Dorota

Großartiger Ort. Wunderschöne Ausblicke von Balkon und Terrasse. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, eines davon mit Sauna. Salzwasserpool. Direkter Zugang zum Meer. Gleichzeitig große Privatsphäre. Ich empfehle es allen Besuchern Kroatiens.

Selbst jetzt, Mitte Oktober, wenn die Saison vorbei ist, ist das Haus sehr gut gepflegt und der Pool wird weiterhin genutzt (sogar beheizt). Alles ist sehr sauber und in der Villa ist alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Villa liegt direkt am Meer und man kann schwimmen gehen.
