Villa Skyview is an impressive property, a newly built villa with a 44m² infinity pool, whirlpool, and sauna in Brela. Reserved parking spaces at the beach in Brela are included.
Here, you can enjoy absolute privacy and comfort with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Brac! The house stands alone and is situated directly on various hiking and mountain biking trails. A private parking area for several cars is available right at the house.
Villa Skyview accommodates 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms available. The entire ground floor area, where one bedroom with a bathroom is located, is wheelchair accessible.
The fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room is on the ground floor, from where you also have access to the terrace with a 44m² infinity pool and spectacular panoramic sea views. The pool water is treated with electrolysis. A guest toilet (separate) is also on the ground floor.
An outdoor summer kitchen with refrigerator, BBQ grill (fire pit), and large dining table with chairs completes the experience. A covered shaded terrace with lounge furniture, as well as umbrellas and sun loungers by the pool, invite you to relax. The whirlpool is located on the upper outdoor terrace, offering spectacular sea views. A sauna is available for relaxation.
On the 1st floor, there are 3 more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, accessible via a staircase. One bedroom also has a large terrace with seating. All rooms have sea views, are air-conditioned, and equipped with high-quality furnishings.
Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available, as well as a washing machine with dryer.
Pets are welcome (max. 2 dogs up to 18kg in weight. Surcharge 100 EUR per dog).
The infinity pool operates from May to October.
Guests have their own reserved parking spaces available free of charge directly at the beach in Brela.

Willkommen mit Ausblick
Wir haben uns schon bei der Auswahl unserer Unterkunft in diese Villa "verliebt", ein Bild schöner als das andere. Die Bilder können allerdings nicht ausdrücken, dass es in der Realität noch viel schöner ist. Alleine an diesem Ausblick kann mich sich nicht satt sehen, die Sonnenuntergänge haben jedes Mal ein anderes bezauberndes rot gehabt. Hier findet man darüber hinaus mehr als ausreichend Platz, man merkt so fort, dass hier jemand alles im Detail durchdacht hat. Neben diesem fantastischen Pool ist die Outdoorküche für uns ein absolutes Highlight gewesen.
Dazu kommt noch ein toller Vermieter, welcher sich zusammen mit seinem Sohn, dafür sorgt, dass man einen erholsamen Urlaub erlebt. Bestes Beispiel ist, dass sie sich auch um die Reservierung von Restaurants kümmern. Einfach ein Traum

Traumhafte Villa mit spektakulärem Meerblick
Wir durften gerade 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen! Schon bei der Ankunft, waren wir mehr als begeistert. Die Villa lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Top Einrichtung, voll ausgestattete Outdoorküche mit zweitem Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler, 11 Meter langer Infinitypool mit spektakulärem Meerblick. Ort und Strand sind mit dem Auto in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar, am Strand gibt es sogar einen Parkplatz für die Gäste dieser Villa - das war super! Wir haben uns noch nie so wohl gefühlt, das lag auch an unsrem super herzlichen Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns einige Tips gegeben.

Traumhaftes Haus und Anwesen. In echt noch weitaus schöner, als auf den Bildern. Schnelle Bearbeitung von Fragen bei Buchung oder auch Vorort am Urlaubsziel. Höflich, freundlich, kompetent...weiter so! Villa Skyview in Brela, wir kommen hoffentlich wieder.

Es war für uns einer der besten Urlaube die wir je hatten.
Die Villa ist ein Traum, traumhafter Ausblick, alles sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt, der Pool unfassbar schön und groß. Eine Schale mit Obst und Getränke für den Start als Willkommensgeschenk... wir waren so positiv überrascht. Die Organisation war von Anfang an sehr gut. Das war unser erster Urlaub in Kroatien, es wurde alles für uns organisiert, wir mussten uns um gar nichts kümmern. Die besten Restaurants wurden für uns gebucht, Ausflüge wurden für uns organisiert, ein Parkplatz direkt am Strand nur für uns reserviert. Ich möchte an dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön aussprechen... an Frau Fasel von MaDu Holiday für die perfekte Organisation von Anfang an und an Toni, und seine Eltern, Ihr habt euch immer perfekt um alles gekümmert! Ihr seid spitze!

Ein unvergesslicher Traum
Villa mit absoluter Top-Ausstattung, der Pool spitzenmässig, traumhafter Ausblick auf das Meer, Strand in Sichtweite, Sonnenuntergänge täglich schöner, sehr nette und äußerst zuvorkommende, deutschsprachige Eigentümerfamilie die stets erreichbar ist. Alles ausnahmslos perfekt.
