The villa, with 4 spacious bedrooms - all with en-suite bathrooms - spread over 3 levels, offers many atmospheric spots, a courtyard garden, spacious terraces, beautifully landscaped garden all around, lots of privacy and, above all, great views!!!!
The layout is as follows:
Enclosed driveway to covered parking, entrance villa with spacious hall with guest toilet and access to the first bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with double washbasin and bathtub. Stairs to the living floor, very cosy with beautiful curves, sitting room, fireplace room and dining room with several sliding doors giving access to the terraces with great views!
There is an enclosed kitchen equipped with all appliances and again sliding doors to the courtyard/patio with a lovely shaded seating area and fountain.
On this floor there is also a guest toilet and access to the master bedroom with dressing room, private bathroom with walk-in shower and wash basin, and from the bedroom sliding doors to the terrace.
From the spacious bed you again have great views of the Mediterranean sea and the Esterel mountains. A dream come true!
Through the living floor is a door with spiral staircase to the first floor, located at pool level.
Here is also a second spacious living room with doors to a semi-covered terrace. This second living room also has a kitchenette with all amenities and second spacious fridge/freezer, and on both sides access to the next 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 3, again with its own bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, has a double bed, consisting of 2 x single box springs and the 4th bedroom has a double bed and again its own bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
In this complete villa, all rooms are air-conditioned and have great sea views.
There is covered parking for 2 cars and at the entrance is a further private parking place.
The beach and a small supermarket is 2km away.
