Description
With a traditional style -either outside or inside-, combined with a great simplicity and good taste, this fabulous house will welcome you as your own home. When you enter, you find a spacious living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV with satellite channels and an old fireplace which is now a decorative element with a great character. Behind a great arch you access the dining kitchen, perfect to cook your best dishes on the gas top and enjoy them right there. Here, you will also find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are three bedrooms, all of them with a wardrobe and a fan. One of the bedrooms offers a double bed while the other two feature 2 twin beds each. Despite the number of beds, the house is equipped for 5 guests but you can choose the bed where you want to rest in order to be more comfortable. A cot and a high chair also are available. Finally, two bathrooms complete the accommodation, one with a tub and the other with a shower.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft "Finca Barranc de Sol" bzw. "Es Barranc de Son Fullós" war eine Katastrophe
Bereits bei der Ankunft im September zeigte sich, dass das Haus viele Mängel aufweist.
Das größte Problem war die Überschwemmung des Hauses durch ausgetretenes Abwasser.
Der Vermieter beschuldigte uns, zu viel Toilettenpapier verwendet zu haben, weigerte sich jedoch, die Überschwemmung zu beseitigen und stellte nur einen Mopp zur Verfügung.
Wir mussten die Reinigung selbst durchführen, ohne Reinigungsmittel. Das Haus war insgesamt in einem schlechten Zustand: Keine Klimaanlage, verschmutzter Pool, Ameisen, alte Geräte, unangenehme Gerüche und schlechte Betten.
Unser Urlaub war belastend und enttäuschend, und die Unterkunft absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Ideal Property Mallorca und der Vermieter sind nicht hilfsbereit gewesen!
