up to 90 days before arrival 20% of the total price, up to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total price
Amounts already paid shall be charged. On a cancellation, the full travel price is less than 30 days before beginning of the rent to pay. Each one of the date of receipt of your cancellation message.
A replacement person who occurs to the conditions set out in your contract, it is possible of course you. A written notice is sufficient.

Total nette Vermieter. Ausstattung der Wohnung wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

wir geben uns seit dem Jahr 2000 richtig Mühe, damit unsere Gäste eine tolle Zeit erleben können. Wir versuchen alles so zu organisieren, was wir als theoretische Gäste vorfinden möchten. Unsere Philosophie lautet: Am Wohnort einsteigen - bei uns aussteigen ... und sofort Urlaub haben. Also ganz entspannt. So wie die tolle Umgebung hier dazu die beste Grundlage bietet. "Schönlage - dort wo der Urlaub schön ist ;-) "
