You can withdraw from the contract at any time. The resignation must be made in writing. In the case of a rear passage, be the replacement of the damage committed. The amount of compensation adjusts the civil code § 651 i paragraph 2 with the following flat rates:
up to 120 days before arrival 10% of the total amount, up to 60 days prior to arrival 30% of the total price,
up to 90 days before arrival 20% of the total price, up to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the total price
Amounts already paid shall be charged. On a cancellation, the full travel price is less than 30 days before beginning of the rent to pay. Each one of the date of receipt of your cancellation message.
A replacement person who occurs to the conditions set out in your contract, it is possible of course you. A written notice is sufficient.

wir geben uns seit dem Jahr 2000 richtig Mühe, damit unsere Gäste eine tolle Zeit erleben können. Wir versuchen alles so zu organisieren, was wir als theoretische Gäste vorfinden möchten. Unsere Philosophie lautet: Am Wohnort einsteigen - bei uns aussteigen ... und sofort Urlaub haben. Also ganz entspannt. So wie die tolle Umgebung hier dazu die beste Grundlage bietet.
